A bit rushed, but good. Would have liked a bit more free time. All hotels were excellent, except Alex resort in Zermatt. Poor pillows and bed. Breakfasts were excellent. Can't say enough good things about tour director or driver .

Excellent way to get a beautiful tour of key cities travelling by trains, luxury bus, funiculars, cog trains, and a 2 story gondola. We saw everything Switzerland is known for and tasted excellent food and stayed in 5 star hotels. Tour guides and bus driver were so friendly, helpful, courteous, patient and became like part of the family by the time we finished. You don't want to miss this tour of Switzerland.

Great experience, comfortable e-bikes and the app worked well as a navigational guide. Some of the hills are pretty big, so the e-bike was an essential.
The small towns, villages and scenery were stunning,as were the Swiss culture, traditions & hospitality all the way along the ride.
The standard of accommodation was very good and we particularly loved Gruyeres, the scenery, town and experience was superb. The Glassbach waterfalls & the grand hotel for lunch looking out over Brienzsee was spectacular.

The small multicultural group size made it easy to get to know one another other and learn about each others countries and previous travel experiences. We wished we could have longer time at Belgian . We were given 1 hour and 30 minutes to do so many things. Listened to the guide s orientation, find and queue up for foods, wait for the foods to be served then take some time to chew the foods, take some photos of that beautiful architecture buildings, queue up for WC. Then not enough to shop at that area.
