Just completed the Gokyo Lakes, Gokyo Ri, Cho-La and EBC treks with this local travel expert and had an unforgettable experience. Throughout the whole process Chhatra was an impressive communicator - very responsive, simple, clear and informative. Our guide (Rinji) and porter (also Rinji !!) were incredibly flexible in helping us make the impossible, possible - whilst always looking out for our health and wellbeing. I cannot more highly recommend this agency for your Himalaya adventure - the whole team was truly incredible - experienced, knowledgable and well connected to all the best places to stay along the way. We had such an epic trip... Thanks Chhatra, Rinji's and team... Matt
The Trek was excellent - the scenery was fantastic with the clear weather in mid-October. The trekking was sometimes challenging, but never too hard for fairly fit "almost-60-year-olds". The views of Everest and its surrounding peaks, especially from Tengboche Monastery, were fantastic. If you don't feel the need, or have the time, to go all the way to Everest Base Camp, this is the trek to take!
We, 3 friends, travel to South Asia for 2 Months especially focus on India, Nepal and Bhutan for Trekking and Peak Climbing. In India, We trekking in Ladakh for 13 days that was wonderful for us. Then we fly to Nepal for Peak climbing with Nepal Guide Treks. Next day, we headed toward Dhunche(a place) by bus then after we trek about 5-6 hrs every day for next 12 days. that was hard to us but also enjoy the beautiful nature, landscape of surrounded place of Langtang Valley. Our Guide Lakpa Sherpa and porters was helpful for us. Lakpa told us, various thing about Yala Peak, Langtang Village and valley, peoples and Culture. We moved forward Yala Base Camp and then to Yala Peak. That was easy forward trekking peak with help of using crampons and ropes. When we top of Yala Peak, that was awesome of himalaya like Dorje Lakpa, Langtang Lirung, Naya Kanga Peak and other snow-capped mountains. Everything went well and scrency from top of the peak was breathtaking. We back to base camp and then back to Kathmandu. Larkpa Sherpa was great guide to us. His guidance can achieve the Yala Peak.
Also thanks Nepal guide treks to arranging beautiful trip for us. Excellent Teams and organize our trip.
Best for Luck.

The big mountain scenery of Manaslu and Ganesh is astonishing. There’s the two-horned massif of Manaslu (8156m), the circumnavigation of which is a meditation on the wonders of Himalayan geology. There’s Ganesh Himal (7406m), named for the serpentine southern ridge that evokes the elephant-headed Hindu god of good fortune. And then there’s Himalchuli (7893m), which rises an incredible 7000m from the Marsyangdi River. Nestled in between these Himalayan giants are villages that draw from Hindu and Buddhist influences. Add a sprinkling of butterflies amidst forests from sal to pine, and you’ll be convinced you’ll catch a sight of the shy red panda.
Ganesh Himal have long been overshadowed by the established trekking regions to either side. But both the ‘spirit mountain’ and the ‘elephant mountain’ are so spectacular, and so easily accessible by bus, it’s a mystery why it’s taken so long for guides and trekkers to discover them.
You can also enjoy a culturally enchanting home stay with the Tamangs, the original horse traders of Nepal. The adventurous can venture higher for a ‘walk in the clouds’ above Tiru Danda, from where gorgeous views stretch from the Annapurnas to Ganesh Himal.
With a variety to rival the Annapurna region, it’s no exaggeration to say Manaslu’s time has come. Forget the jams of the more established routes. Barring the busy tea houses, you’ll have the trails here mostly to yourself – if you don’t mind sharing it with blue sheep, langurs, yaks andthe myriad butterflies weaving in and out of the thundering waterfalls.
Dhampus Peak (6012m) is situated North-east of the gigantic Dhaulagiri massif. The peak is easy to climb and does not require any technical climbing skills. Dhampus Peak is also known as a 'Thapa Peak'.
Dhampus peak is the perfect spot from you can get views of the awe-inspiring altitude variation between the Dhaulagiri and Annapurna ranges. During this expedition you will get great close-up views of the following peaks: Tukuche peak, Dhaulagiri I (8163m), Nilgiri (6940m), Sita Chuchura (6611m), Tukche Peak (6920m), Thorong Peak (6484m), Tilicho peak (7134m), Yakawa Kan (6482m), Mukut Himal (6639m), Puth Hiunchuli (7246m), Tangu Peak (6197m), Tsarste (6347m) and Hongde peak (6556m). We will also explore the beautiful hamlets around the valley of Kaligandaki.
The trail to Dhampus Peak will follow the west edge which connects us to the Dhampus pass (5200m), where we will set our high camp. The next day we will summit Dhampus peak and thereby reach an altitude of 6,012 meters. Atop the summit we will get fantastic views of the Himalayas, and also feel the great achievement it is to have summitted a Himalayan peak.
The best season to go for this climbing expedition is Spring (Mar-May) and Autumn (mid Sep to Mid Nov). About thirty different peaks can be witnessed from the top of the peak, making it a unique vantage spot to take up mountain vistas.
We have designed a unique itinerary and are looking forward to taking you on great adventure.
My husband and I just completed the 8-day Langtang Valley trek! We were guided by the amazing expert Ramesh, and our superman porter (and skillful jeep driver) Suresh. We had such a great time and are feeling very accomplished. We feel fortunate to have had these fellows with us as they made the trip so much more fun and interesting. They were patient, funny and never seemed annoyed at my very slow rate of both ascent and descent. Ramesh guided my husband Kevin up Tsergo Ri at an early hour while Suresh showed me around Kenjin Gompa and the yak cheese factory, and helped me while I had some mild altitude sickness. I felt like we were traveling with pals rather than hired hands. The trek itself was amazing. We had perfect weather and made excellent time despite my slowness! We ended up finishing a day early, and so on Ramesh’s suggestion we headed to Chisopani so we could ring in the new year with a mountain sunrise. It ended up being cold and cloudy, but keeping warm at the campfire talking with the guys was one of my most memorable moments of the trip. With this tour operator, you are well taken care of and you will have such a great experience!

"We had this great trek Makalu Base Camp trek with me and my husband here in Nepal, we joined with the group during this trek as i found this trekking region very different and unique than the other trekking regions here in Nepal as it provided the best views of Himalaya's, Mountains, flora and fauna, local people culture and their daily live hood. Our guide Lakpa Bhote was also a great experienced guide who was very helpful to us in every trail and path of this trek as he elaborated us that this region consists of 30 types of rhododendrons, 48 types of orchids with variety of tress and herbs. We found this trekking very much interesting as the trail were very fresh with great geographical and biological diversity between local people and flora and fauna, we also saw the outstanding great views of Sagarmatha(Everest),Lhotse,Baruna che,Kanchenjunga Himalayan ranges smiling back to you with many other ranges of Himalayas from the Sipten-La view point. As we reached the Makalu Base Camp we encountered the great lake on the foothills of Makalu as we thought this lake is made of the Himalayan glaciers of the Makalu as this lake color was as white as the Milk. This Makalu Base Camp also provided us the great view of many lakes with many mountain ranges and we suggest this trek for those travelers who are seeking for the great trek with quite environment and great natural views.
So as a whole we are satisfied with this trek and want to thank the whole local operator family for organizing this perfect trek for us and hope to have another great trek here in Nepal next year with you guys."

The Manaslu Circuit Trek is perfect for everyone who is looking for a variety of landscapes. You can find snowy mountains, alpine treks, hanging bridges, wild rivers and rhododendron forests on this route. We loved it and the trek as well as getting to know the Nepali culture by staying in the tea houses and getting the culture explained by our guide Ashok was unforgettable. Thank you to Ashok for the last 2 weeks for supporting and guiding us during this trek. You have became a great friend. Also many thanks to the tour operator for organizing everything and helping with every question! After arriving in Nepal we decided spontaneously to do the Manaslu Trek instead of the Annapurna Trek and this company made it possible to change everything and to provide us with a new program. We are more than happy for choosing this company.
AMAZING!!! Everyone we met through this company was just incredible and went above and beyond. Suman was our guide and he is the absolute the sweetest. He made the trek unforgettable. He is so knowledgeable - we felt so safe with him and he had an answer to everything! The prep chats the night before were the best. He made sure we knew what to expect the next day, and made sure we were always ok. Ramesh was also the greatest. He made us laugh so much and spent so much time with us. It was such a treat overall. We hiked to base camp and then to Gokyo Lake. It was a beautiful trek. We did need medical help and Suman made sure everything went so smoothly. Prior to the trek, we were in contact with Upendra, who was always prompt to respond, very kind, organized, and detailed. I cannot recommend them enough!!! Thank you for this wonderful experience!!!

Yala peak is one of the easiest trekking peaks in Nepal but yet promises an exciting climbing adventure for people new to mountaineering. Situated at the Langtang region, the trekking towards Yala peak itself will be an interesting journey as Langtang is one of Nepal's best trekking destinations.
With an altitude of 5,732m above sea level, Yala peak offers great views of other close-up neighbouring mountains such as Shishapangma and the Ganchempo (6,388m). Climbing Yala peak is not technically difficult and therefore no previous experience with ice-axe, crampons etc is required.
The journey starts from Kathmandu and enroute to Yala Peak we will pass through a number of beautiful and culturally rich places such as the Lama hotel and Kyangjing Gompa.
The optimal time for this trip is during Spring (Mar-May) and Autumn (October-November). We are looking forward to providing you with a moderate climbing adventure of a lifetime.

Dear Sir or Madam,
If you decide to go for trekking, exploring the Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan National Park you should turn to Nepal Lion Treks and Tours company.
They provide a lot of different services in Nepal so you may find what everything you need.
First of all we booked the trekking to Everest Panorama View and we were really happy, because the service was in highest level.

We did Gokyo Ri trek in August. Being it monsoon season, our biggest concern was the weather. We were ensured it is doable during the rainy season as well and since we had all tickets booked and everything arranged we decided to go with it and it turned out to be the best choice! It is very beautiful in August, all the hills are green and its very warm even at the higher altitude, means less packing. And for me personally, the main advantage was that it is quiet on the trek during off-season. We still met few people, which was nice, but not too many, so you get to enjoy peace and quiet. It also gives you a better choice for accommodation. Visibility is quite good as most early morning the sky is clear and if it rains it only starts late in the afternoon and we never got wet on the trek as our guide was very knowledgeable about the weather and we had always reached our lodge by the time the rain started.
I could not recommend this trek enough, it offers absolutely stunning views and Gokyo Ri is quite easy to do even being at a very high altitude. And don't be put off by monsoon rains.
