The hotels were clean. Breakfast was great.
We were only given 2 hours in Pisa. It was not enough time to enter the leaning tower and cathedral. Tickets were required and there was a long line. It took many hours to travel to Innsbruck, Austria so we were not able to eat dinner because the restaurants were closed, including in the hotel.

Everything was fantastic. Saw so much of Tuscany and everyday was so enjoyable. Tour manager was incredible, bus driver was excellent and the food was delicious. Our hotel in Montecatini was so pleasant. Each village or city had a tour guide assigned and they were all so knowledgeable. This tour was well worth the money.

I chose this trip because of the 6 nights in Tuscany - Montecatini Terme. Cinque Terre, Lucca, Siena and San Gimignano were highlights of this tour. The food for the special dinners was amazing. Rosella and Massimo kept things on track. Organizing and coordinating tickets, transportation (2 ferries, train and bus) and firsthand knowledge of the areas visited was well exhibited by Rosella. The specialty tour guides were knowledgeable and added extra flair to the excursions. Enjoyed the trip immensely.
