I was a single traveler looking to explore Europe and this tour exceeded my expectations! You certainly get bang for your buck. 16 countries (I vent to Vatican and Andorra on my free days) over 35 cities/towns and countless attractions! Several ticks were certainly made off my bucket list. I would recommend this tour if you are looking to meet people from all across the world and learn about cultures not just to the countries you'll go but also from each other. Brace yourself for lengthy bus rides broken up site seeing and attractions along the way. What better way to explore Europe than the scenic route! Go for it and happy travels! The Hotel were ok but did not cater to the tourist. The rooms did not have the use of the fans and found the air stagnant. A little air moving would helped.
The Hotel in Sicily in Jiardini Naxos, Caeser palace, found the hotel desk determinitly unhelpful.

This tour is the BEST way to see all the infamous spots in Italy, plus local hidden gems, at a reasonable cost and if you are short on time (we had a school break time limitation). It covered everything! We budgeted for the add-ons, especially those with meals, but you could choose to have more free time if you wanted. The food was extraordinary, the bus was roomy and immaculately clean, our driver Antonello was superb, and our Travel Director Anneleis was amazing! She was so talented at integrating the tour highlights, guests, keeping it fun even in the rainy weather, knowledgeable, and able to troubleshoot anything to ensure we had the best experience of a lifetime!! I would love to go back and explore Southern Italy next. The hotels were elegant (only one was just "OK" only because it was in need of some renovations) and the service with our luggage, tipping, etc. was seamless. I highly recommend the Italian Intermezzo tour and Insight Vacations. Favoloso!

We saw so much of Europe and it was wonderful. A couple of more days in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria would have added so much. My wife and I still enjoyed this trip enormously.

Had two goats ( and ) that made my contiki the best experience possible. The driving and greetings every morning were absolutely phenomenal and the guide yapped so much I gained knowledge of each and every single city:). Which I am super grateful for, I can now offer history lessons to anyone. Nah but seriously an absolute legend who made travelling Europe the ultimate dream. Radiated good vibes every second of the day which allowed me to feel completely safe in countries I’ve never been to. Not a second went by where I felt like my needs, welfare and happiness were not met. They both truly made this experience enjoyable and stress free so big thanks to them. Having had them as my on road team I know I’ll be back on more contiki’s in the future. Forever wishing them the best as well as in his next race.
