City sight seeing - Panoramic tours arent great, use of local guides should be more in city highlights. walking tours / hop on -off tours should be more. Berlin visit was a failure. wastage of 2 days. If any local events are arranged in the city then accordingly itinerary should be modified so that we dont feel cheated.
We had a very amazing, unforgettable best experienced with our Panorama Trip. It was our 35th wedding Anniversary and our second honeymoon as well. We enjoyed every second of our tour especially watching the picturesque view of Switzerland. We love the Alpine mountains ans our hotel in Kitzbuhel. It was a perfect vacation for us and what matters most we gained friends, lose weight due to the 10k plus steps per day and we are now healthy and the most fascinating thing was that we were disciplined by our tourists guides because there was a timetable. We love all our tourist guides, Antonio, Alfredo, Emmanuel, Leonardo, Eliani, Linus but most of all the favorite is Antonio our tourist guide from Barcelona. He is so sweet and simpatiko. I love the spanish tourist guides. They are so compassionate. Thank you so much for the best vacation in our lives. We will always cherish the memories we had with you, with each person that we met in our journey. It was worthwhile and it will always be cherished to last a lifetime. We love Europamundo because you take good care of us as family. Hope we can travel with you again in United Kingdom next year. I will share our experienced with you with my friends and relatives all over the world, when in fact i posted all our experiences and beautiful pictures in my facebook timeline. We have no issue with the itinerary, and we enjoyed our trip. The tour leaders are experienced, friendly, and helpful in answering our queries. The hotels we stayed in are generally good, although the rooms in some hotels are quite small and they also did not provide basic amenities that we would expect, e.g. kettle, shower cap, etc. Our biggest disappointment is with Park Plaza Hotel in Amsterdam, when we found out that they have different rooms for breakfast for people who are part of tour group and those who travel individually. In the first morning we were accidentally sent to the breakfast room for non-tour guests, where the food was nice and fresh, with a lot of selection. On the second morning however, we were sent to the breakfast room for tour people, and that is when we discovered the difference. Some of food there appeared to be reheated (not fresh), and very limited selection compared to the other room. We were very disappointed with that, and we wouldnt use that hotel if we were travelling by ourselves next time.

There are parts of Panoramic tour that time is very limited and impossible to meet the given time esp in London, they given us only 10 mins, including walking to the tourist destinations. Highlights in London are missing especially changing guards, English tea time that results for more free time and nothing to do in a very cold street. Should provide alternative activities, or they ask the travelers if they want to go back to the hotel to rest instead of extension of free tiem but nothing to do since almost all establishment are closed because of holidays. Same in Munich Germany, BMW museum was closed last new year. Europamundo must anticipated this scenario since holiday is fixed and they should know already that it was close so they can move other activities. This is very essential for us since this is considered as highlights in our itinerary.

Our tour guide and bus drivers have been excellent and very helpful to us . They help us with our luggages and our bus is clean and comfortable.. I see how hard our tour guide works to give us the best experience and made sure we have the best vacation . On my trip that started in Innsbruck, i want to mention specifically Julio for his persistence and patience on us . He made us feel like his family and i love how he gave his best to provide us the information we needed . Though there was a problem in our cruise by the Rhine River, we were almost late and only 3 mins before the boat left . Thanks to Julio for running his way to get us a ticket and made that trip possible .. We see his hard work on how not to miss all our planned tour for the day, and this isnt easy to handle as there other passengers that were leaving for other destination as well . I have to repeat all of our tour guide have been very good but I get to see extra from Julio as he was very attentive to us and our needs . I give 5 stars to everyone working very making our vacation as memorable and as happy Julio thank you soo much for everything You are the best

Over all I had a wonderful time, I was only disappointed with some of our other passengers. A certain group of people were very inconsiderate to other passengers and particularly to our tour guides.
They consistently pushed in lines and shoved people out of the way, At one point I was pushed over doing my shoe lace up, my mum was pushed back into her seat as they were always in a rush to be first or at the front. Abrupt and loud when our tour guide was giving us important information and always requesting Indian food. There were times they had actual tantrums on the rare occasions this particular cuisine was not available and taking it out on our guides who were clearly doing their best and doing a great job at accommodating the entire group. I feel that in the future if there is a group of people with such direct demands to put them in a group of their own to improve the trip for other passengers and to reduce the stress that this would have caused the guides.

In overall the tour was good but changing tour guides wasnt convenient. Its quiet acceptable to have 2 language group but ... Europamundo should thing beforehand about cultural background of groups they want to join in one group. One day was a total disaster for English speaking group because of the second group and their behavior.
River cruises - I expected a guided cruise and not just a ride.
Local guides in Prague, Paris, London - are exceptional, very informative. Really enjoyed it.
The trip provided me with a great introduction to the Baltics. The tour guides were great and made me feel like an individual rather than just another number, tailoring the information provided to my interests as well as being knowledgeable about the countries, towns and attractions visited.
