We booked european dance last sept 2017 from europamundo. our tour guides diego and angela are great, they were caring, with sense of humour and very knowledgeable. the bus we used were all comfortable. the hotels used are outside city center. drivers and tour guides were always on time.after the discussions and showing us the important sites , they gave us free time to explore on our own. although, a lot of walking everyday, we enjoyed the tour. we understand they wanted to show us all the sites in tne itenerary. we met good people, new friends. thank you europamundo. thumbs up.

It was a lovely trip. I enjoyed the guides. The English Tea in London was not what we were expecting, there was some confusion about our hotel in Paris that was stressful. Our excursions were cancelled at the last minute. We still manages to get individual tickets to the Louvue, but not to Sagrada Famila. Some places we arrived to late in the evening to see anything.

Overall experience was good except some issues. Some hotels were not good for stay due to poor breakfast, location and even one hotel had two portions, one for Europamundo and one for other guests and the items were different too. Tour leaders were good specially Juan a. However mr Abdul Salam was the worst. He never took a flag during the walking tour and he was just like boss and not cooperative and very rude. He changed the scheduled itenary of his own and when confronted he said he has the authority to change

We enjoyed every second of our tour especially watching the picturesque view of Switzerland. We love the Alpine mountains ans our hotel in Kitzbuhel. It was a perfect vacation for us and what matters most we gained friends, lose weight due to the 10k plus steps per day and we are now healthy and the most fascinating thing was that we were disciplined by our tourists guides because there was a timetable. We love all our tourist guides, Antonio, Alfredo, Emmanuel, Leonardo, Eliani, Linus but most of all the favorite is Antonio our tourist guide from Barcelona. He is so sweet and simpatiko. I love the spanish tourist guides. They are so compassionate. Thank you so much for the best vacation in our lives. We will always cherish the memories we had with you, with each person that we met in our journey. It was worthwhile and it will always be cherished to last a lifetime.
