This trip exceeded my expectations. The ever changing landscape was stunning, the food was excellent (although vegetarians are less well catered for, and it helps to like fish), and all the accommodation was clean and comfortable.

UTracks provided the perfect way for my husband and I to walk a lovely part of the Portuguese Camino from Porto to Tui just for a week. The Camino isn’t a luxury vacation, it has a more humble history, and in the past we walked independently, staying in albergues in Spain, with no set daily itinerary on our way to Santiago de Compostela. This time we wanted to walk just a portion of the Portuguese road, with UTracks to do the groundwork and make our reservations for us. The inns and homes chosen to stay in all had charm and convenience and were, without exception, clean and run by friendly people. The route through Northern Portugal is beautiful, and the chosen itinerary alternated between challenging and easy days in order to let us enjoy the charming towns along the way. Horia was an excellent leader and the trip exceeded our expectations. The itinerary showed us many interesting parts of Romania and the birdwatching on the Danube Delta was lovely. More time in Brasov would have been appreciated as it is a lovely town. Overall a fantastic trip.

Spiros was a breath of fresh air, his love and knowledge of the island was exceptional. I learnt more from his wisdom about Corfu in the first 4 days than I had the the 25 years I've been visiting Corfu.
The places we visited were an explosion of the senses from breathtaking views to the scent of the herbs and flowers in the woodlands, along with ancient Olive Groves. Walking the complete trail was tough, but worth every blister.
Thanks to Spiros and Marcella this was a truly magical and memorable trip.

I put 5 stars because of the experience but some hotels were alittle old that we stayed in with old beds which was alittle blaaaa... in seville was great at the catalonia and madrid the last day had a better room then the first day at the weare hotel..
