This tour is the BEST way to see all the infamous spots in Italy, plus local hidden gems, at a reasonable cost and if you are short on time (we had a school break time limitation). It covered everything! We budgeted for the add-ons, especially those with meals, but you could choose to have more free time if you wanted. The food was extraordinary, the bus was roomy and immaculately clean, our driver Antonello was superb, and our Travel Director Anneleis was amazing! She was so talented at integrating the tour highlights, guests, keeping it fun even in the rainy weather, knowledgeable, and able to troubleshoot anything to ensure we had the best experience of a lifetime!! I would love to go back and explore Southern Italy next. The hotels were elegant (only one was just "OK" only because it was in need of some renovations) and the service with our luggage, tipping, etc. was seamless. I highly recommend the Italian Intermezzo tour and Insight Vacations. Favoloso!

The Hotel were ok but did not cater to the tourist. The rooms did not have the use of the fans and found the air stagnant. A little air moving would helped. The Hotel in Sicily in Jiardini Naxos, Caeser palace, found the hotel desk determinitly unhelpful.

Really enjoyed this tour. Itinerary was great. Pace was right, and our tour leader was amazing. Will definitely come back to Spain and Portugal again. Touring Morocco was great too, and very different from travelling in Europe. Had I done this tour as a single traveller it would have costed me a lot more, so got value for money as well. I really liked the tour overall especially the guide and the driver were great. Our guide explained explicitly so we could learn the mythology and history of Greece well. It was very helpful tour but the meal which was included wasn�t really good. The day cruise tour to the island wasn�t recommended. We had to pay extra for each excursion and the time for each stop was not enough. I felt it was the waste of time to go out on a day cruise even though the island was beautiful.

I chose this trip because of the 6 nights in Tuscany - Montecatini Terme. Cinque Terre, Lucca, Siena and San Gimignano were highlights of this tour. The food for the special dinners was amazing. Rosella and Massimo kept things on track. Organizing and coordinating tickets, transportation (2 ferries, train and bus) and firsthand knowledge of the areas visited was well exhibited by Rosella.
