I was a bit worried at the start with the room confusion but once that was straightened out, I felt much better. I have never been on a group tour and loved the small size of the group. I knew before our first dinner was over that it was going to be a great trip. Had two goats ( and ) that made my contiki the best experience possible. The driving and greetings every morning were absolutely phenomenal and the guide yapped so much I gained knowledge of each and every single city:). Which I am super grateful for, I can now offer history lessons to anyone. Nah but seriously an absolute legend who made travelling Europe the ultimate dream. Radiated good vibes every second of the day which allowed me to feel completely safe in countries I’ve never been to. Not a second went by where I felt like my needs, welfare and happiness were not met. They both truly made this experience enjoyable and stress free so big thanks to them. Having had them as my on road team I know I’ll be back on more contiki’s in the future. Forever wishing them the best as well as in his next race.

This tour was a great hybrid between going it completely on our own and a completely regimented tour group experience. Alessandra and the team made all of the hotel, transportation, and tour reservations and we just had to be at the right place at the right time. The events they suggested were great and hit all of the highlights we were interested in and more. There was plenty to do, but also some free time to explore on our own and relax.
I knew from the description that it would be a fast paced trip and that we would sleep in a different place each night and that’s exactly what I wanted = an overview so I could see whether I wanted to go back anywhere. If you’re like me, who enjoys going out for dinner and drinks each night, you would be very tired at the end of trip. However, many chose to stay in and go to bed and I believe for them the trip was not tiring, even for the older ones. Morning starts are reasonable - we left at 8am each day. Simon was a fabulous tour guide and the local guides were all wonderful. Do take small euro bills = you definitely need them. (also take coins for toilet stops). Definitely have a revolut, or similar, card. The optional activities, whilst nice,, are highly, highly over-priced, shame on the travel specialist! One thing I missed, was more. recommendations to authentic local food with local prices. All in all, a fabulous trip and I’m so glad I did it. I will use this agency again for their professionalism.

This holiday is a fantastic introduction to the Puglia and Basilicata area of Italy. I enjoyed all of the towns that we visited and would have happily spent more time in Alberobello and Ostuni.

From airport transfers (cozy huge vans with adorable drivers),
itineraries (iunexpected I have never seen travel companies as organized as europamundo..very very organized and i was amazed of how you guys link cities and itineraries price was Really Worth this travel)
our Travel guides (they were all excellent Esp manu and albert) they knew everything And we really learned a lot from them, they were like walking encyclopaedias. They explained everything and always make sure that we dont just understand everything, but we comprehend Manu, Hes a very nice guy. Hes very easy to be with, he shares everything he knows and even personalexperiences..and we really learned a lot from him. He made us feel that hes not only our guide, but our friend too.He wont just tell the rules, he would always explain all the reasons why. the buses They were all cool Super cool So big and comfy..there were chargingnports,wc,everything that you need The bus drivers especially sir juan antonio, he did a great job I was amazed how he can easily manage to drive on the left lane when we got to uk They made us felt that we were indeed handled with the best handsThey were all good drivers..
hotels were nice (except the one from Verona, Albatros hotel if im not mistaken..; the whole room was a total mess from dirty sheets, there were smashed cookies under the bed, shower temp was hard to control, and the smell of the whole room.. i just dont know what word to use coz it smells really bad. Smell was like it wasnt use for a very long time, like an acient times. 128514;) but aside from that, nothing else.
Over all experienced was excellent and if would given a chance to travel again around Europe I would definitely booked with them again. I wish they would expand to usa, and any other countries too. 128525; keep it up EM
