Our tourist guide Gonzalo was SUPERB Second tourist guide, named Pablo was bery lousy and irresponsible. A group of Indians from Bangalore were very inconsiderate of others. They made the entire bus like a market.

Hi, Overall it was a nice and good trip but i would like to highlight some points. 1. Short duration of personal stroll in some places/towns. 2. The detailed itinerary was not respected. There was a day where we returned to the hotel earlier than mentioned on the itinerary. 3. Another day, we were given only 30 minutes to stroll around Rouen including dinner. How is that possible? we traveled 4 hours to reach Rouen from Paris only to visit and eat within 30 minutes? 4. Breakfast lack options, everyday we got the same things in 5 hotels we were staying. Too much pork options as breakfast and not everybody consumes that. 5. Diamond cutting factory was a waste of time as nobody was interested to visit this. The explanations were so dull and sleepy, they put 40 people in a closed non aerated room and we were all suffocating. I had rather stroll around Amsterdam from morning to evening. Overall it was a good and nice trip but it could have been perfect. Prashan Hemraj.

It was a great trip touching many of the important must see places I suppose an inclusion to Oxford or Cambridge and maybe Canterbury would have been great and completed a circumference of England. There is too much free time and not much to do in the city centers for more than a few hours. It would have been nice to go some other places beside the city centers. Regarding our guide, Patricia, she was very nice and friendly and we enjoyed her company. HOWEVER her English accent was heavily accented that I could not understand more than 50 of what she was saying. It is not her fault, but still we paid for an English guide and I think I should have gotten a guide who is more understandable.

The guys transporting us were really punctual, courteous, and kept us safe. Lino in Pompeii was fantastic! Nicola & Micaela were so hospitable and some of the best food I had in my 3 weeks in Italy was at Sant’ Alfonso Agriturismo. Everybody was top-notch on this trip, however, Vincenzo was the most exceptional Tour Leader and really made the experience unforgettable! He was personable, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable on all topics (with impeccable English)! He made the tour educational, entertaining, and memorable. He went above and beyond by assisting tour group members even on his own personal time. He helped individuals with post-tour travel plans, catching the right trains, and directing them on how to mail postcards to the USA. When the group expressed interest in doing an activity together on our free day, Vincenzo orchestrated a last-minute tour of a cheese making facility and a limoncello factory. He even spent his down time taking a few of us to a restaurant in Sorrento that was less touristy and popular among the locals. We were so grateful for this experience and for the cultural humility he espoused. It was evident that solo hiking and the resulting self evaluation have garnered him much wisdom and have tailored him to be an inspiring mentor. It was special to see him in his element as he prepared us for and led us on a hike on the Amalfi Coast. When someone is doing what they love, it always shows and is a gift to others involved. By the end of the trip he felt like an old friend! We will miss his storytelling and charisma!
