We had a great time! The hotels picked for us were so great. The breakfast must have been awesome because when i came home weighed the same as when i left and we walked lots. While we received a transfer voucher to get from the airport to our hotel in Dublin, there was no transfer there for us at the airport. We looked for about 20 minutes and then tried calling Europamundo only to keep getting disconnected. We had to take a taxi to our hotel at a cost of 25 Euros. We told the guide later that night when he arrived and he said there were several others in the group that had the same experience.

During our time in Berlin we stayed at the City Hotel Berlin East and we left my money belt in the hotel room put a do not disturb sign but a cleaner came in anyways, the beds are made with our pajamas in a different place and someone stole 140 USD cash from my money belt I have a record of borrowing 2 100 5 20 from Bonnie, and didnt use any cash at all on the trip, but the purple zipper bag was placed not in the usual spot when we returned tonight. In the same place was my credit cards citi Costco, capital one credit card debit card linked to our checking account, and our HSA debit visa passports IDs. already locked 3 cards but not the HSA one. need a police report in case theres fraud or identity theft.

The tour with Destination Services was great! Ysmail was very knowledgeable and patient to explain everything. Victor was very helpful with the luggages and made sure that the bus is clean. Hotel accommodations were nicely picked as well. The only thing I was not expecting was the 2 days that we were left on our own to go back to the hotel due to extra activities that we did not participate. Other than that, all great experience!
