This comprehensive city tour takes you to the modern sights in the heart of Athens and the most important ancient sights that have been standing in the city for millennia. Start at the Syntagma metro station for a 10-minute tour inside of the station’s museum. Would highly recommend this trip. It provides great variety in scenery, beginning in the very hilly area around the base of Mt Olympus; down into lovely valleys and then stunning coastal scenery. We found the written directions to be excellent while the red and white track markers gave us lots of help as well. We were very impressed with Mehmet who kept in contact with us at the end of each day.
I really enjoyed the tour. The hotel we stayed in was excellent. It has great location, harbor view and the service was wonderful.
The itinerary was good though I would have liked couple of excursions included, especially the harbour cruise and the grand mastger's palace.
Over all the trip was a success for me. Thank you
