We had a really good experience on the Zaanse Schans tour with Derek and Pieter. The tour operator were very friendly and organised when getting us signed in at the meeting point, the tour bus had decent space and good AC. Derek was very knowledgeable and spoke at a good pace, so we learnt quite a lot on the trip. Our tour was done in English and Spanish (even the Delft factory has Spanish audio guides). There was a lot to see so not much time for photo stops but plenty of toilet breaks throughout.
Kafu the guide made all the right choices. He was instrumental in moving things along. Fantastique group on the tour. When Kafu didn't know something he said so. His energy remained high throughout the trip. Lots of sights and sounds and tastes. It filled the mouth and the eyes and the ears and the nose. And, most important, it filled the head.
