I cannot Express enough gratitude to Dejan and Pedro for looking after the group and delicious food they provided. The itinerary is really well thought through and stunning beauty of Portuguese coast will stay with me forever.

A very good tour and the Springtime is the best time of year to do it as warm temperatures (early 20s) and all the flowers are out, so making it look more lovely. Somethings need rearranging as the tomb of Ano Anglianos is closed on a Tuesday, so is impossible to do on the tour even though it is in the trip notes. The only other problem is that due to the Greeks closing everything down for May Bank holiday, was unable to see Temple of Apollo or any of the museums when we got back to Athens. Need to make people aware of this first. The app doesn't put the hotel in the right place and can send you seriously off course. The optional tours were very good.

We absolutely loved the trip. the Hideaway was a beautiful place to stay right by the Turkish baths and the Amphitheatre. The staff were so helpful, the room clean and setting and food was fabulous.
Each day of the trip brought us a new adventure. The group gelled very well together and out guide Zainab was fun, flexible and helpful and knowledgeable.

This was our first ever multi-day bicycle trip. We loved it. The Danube cycle path offered a variety of scenery…the beautiful river, forests, rural and agricultural areas, small towns, cities, ancient and modern places. The hotels that were arranged for us were lovely and the luggage transport worked flawlessly. We loved the bountiful Austrian style breakfasts. Our only complaint was that one bike was difficult to pedal for the first two days, until we had it repaired at a bike shop. The chain was rubbing on the chain guard and the front wheel was overtightened. Later, as we were approaching Vienna, the handlebars on that bike suddenly became loose and swiveled 30 degrees, which could have caused a serious accident. So we recommend that the mechanics who provide the bikes do a much more thorough job of inspecting and testing each one, as if their spouse was going to ride it for 210 miles.
It was good to be "off the beaten track" -- away from crowds, in smaller places. The places we stayed were terrific, and the meals -- the reason we came here -- wonderful.
Walking through ancient ruins, sailing along the Aegean, and exploring Istanbul’s Grand Bazaar—every day was an adventure! Highly recommend this trip for history lovers!
