Well, I'm a science teacher and I got to see LAVA, like ACTUAL LAVA spewing from the top of a volcano! We got to spend time in places that are far enough out in Italy that it did not feel overly touristy. What I love about all G trips are the adventurous travelers who take these tours. This is my third tour with G and everyone comes to them with a sense of fun and adventure. Also, we were on Mt. Etna for a rare event- cloud rings coming off the top.
