One specific incident that we personally experienced which Murat promptly and efficiently coordinated during the trip was loss of my cell phone at the Atatic museum of Ataturkin Ankara. I received a message from my son in. Canada through what’s up that my cell phone was left at the security desk , I was extremely impressed by the security guard. I immediately advised Murat of the situation and he immediately coordinated through Mrs Ayla the other guide and Europamundo Operations Halil Yigit who both were extremely helpful and efficiently coordinated the drop off and pick up of my cell phone the very next day I received it.
