I booked this trip via my Travel Agency, unsure about Europamundo. However, after my 21-day adventure - Europe : East to West from Lisbon - Prague, with my wife and 12 other friends, from 14.3.24 to 3.4.24, I am so glad that I decided on Europamundo. The daily itinerary was compact, interesting and meaningful. The travel buses were comfortable. The hotels were above expectations. Most of the Guides were very informative, systematic , courteous and helpful, though there were a few mechanical, robotic ones as well. Special mention to Gaby and Raquel for establishing personal rapport, responsibility and meaningful acquaintanceship with all the passengers under their charge. Keep UP the good work and standards
I enjoyed very much the Morocco part of the tour mainly because of the very caring and honest tour guide, Karim. He is the best. He took of me very well. All the major cities and tourist spots were covered in the tour. I have recommended him to my travel agency, in case anyone wants to visit Morocco.
The Spain part was ok but guides were speaking in Spanish more than English, so it was a bit difficult to understand. Also, when they drop us off for free time, they do not explain what are the things to see in the area. We have to figure out ourselves.
The time in each place is short and we are always rushing for time. Time spent in the bus seems longer than time spent out of the bus.
But they did cover major sites but most of these places were offered as panaromic view. What would have been better is, if at least one major attraction in each city, we can enter the place and see and experience it. For eg, Real Alcazar in Sevilla - there were no tickets purchased for us and we did not get to see inside.

The tour operators George and Eva were fantastic
However we had a tour guide called Xavier who we met in Amsterdam and took us to end Berlin after sightseeing Hamelin
He was absolutely uninterested in his job and upon asking a relevant question he was always reluctant to answer
It seemed that he hated his job. He even after the bus left at the Berlin hotel left us without handing the key card. He really did not care about any of the passengers who mostly all had bad encounters with him
On the other hand I would give 11 stars out of 10 to EVA who was fantastic and went out of her way to make the tour lively and was so full of energy and do was GEORGE our first guide who was really nice and very very organised and good hearted. Both EVA amd GEORGE amd even ISRAEL were very good and exceeded their excellence EXCEPT XAVIER who was a total disaster guide who really everyone made everyone feel uncomfortable by stating his intro speech “ That we are his nightmare” On his introduction speech introducing himself . He was grumpy and had an unapproachable look on his face most of the times. He behaved as if he was the boss of Euromundo and we are his slaves. No one was happy with him

Excellent We knew to expect wed be changing buses here there as that is how you keep your prices so reasonable for your itineraries. We had 3 transfers over 13 days all handled smoothly by the bus drivers moving luggage across Guides advising in advance exactly when/how this would occur so worked fine with us. The main thing was we got to experience every city as stated on our itinerary we didnt miss anything.
We had a very amazing, unforgettable best experienced with our Panorama Trip. It was our 35th wedding Anniversary and our second honeymoon as well. We enjoyed every second of our tour especially watching the picturesque view of Switzerland. We love the Alpine mountains ans our hotel in Kitzbuhel. It was a perfect vacation for us and what matters most we gained friends, lose weight due to the 10k plus steps per day and we are now healthy and the most fascinating thing was that we were disciplined by our tourists guides because there was a timetable. We love all our tourist guides, Antonio, Alfredo, Emmanuel, Leonardo, Eliani, Linus but most of all the favorite is Antonio our tourist guide from Barcelona. He is so sweet and simpatiko. I love the spanish tourist guides. They are so compassionate. Thank you so much for the best vacation in our lives. We will always cherish the memories we had with you, with each person that we met in our journey. It was worthwhile and it will always be cherished to last a lifetime. We love Europamundo because you take good care of us as family. Hope we can travel with you again in United Kingdom next year. I will share our experienced with you with my friends and relatives all over the world, when in fact i posted all our experiences and beautiful pictures in my facebook timeline. Wishing you the best of everything and may SMB Sir Albert and Europamundo company, the tourist guides and the Drivers who were our angels drove us in every places safely. Our favorite Driver also was Gabriel, he is so nice and very helpful with our luggage and Angel. They are really our Angels for we started our trip from Barcelona with Gabriel and ended in Paris with Angel. Linus also was a great guide for he takes extra effort to help everyone. We were able to get a sample taste of places starting from Madrid to Rome. We were awestruck at the wonders of certain places, where we may not go on our own to explore. Though the time allotted was limited in certain places, we still enjoyed.

Our guides were Emmanuel, Evan, Gabriella were all friendly, caring very helpful. Special shout out to Evan Emmanuel. Though Evan is new to the job, he was so helping, kind did his job well. We had a good experience with the guides the overall experience was good. Will I do this again? Yes, I will.

Tour outings were great. tour guides were really nice. locations were breathtaking at the time of year. August seems to be a holiday month for many countries, so thing were accessible at prompt times without standing on line. we go to see things at the times allotted and not stand in line to wait.
