Lovely people!. Every city/town we visited deserved more time, but within time constraints c we have seen a lot! The recommend extra trip to see Mount Fuji was wonderful, but one has to be lucky with the weather ..

Sri Lanka was an amazing country to experience. The Explore itinerary is well thought out to cover a variety of places and experiences, as much as it can be done in a short two weeks time. I loved the Sigiriya climb and the Hortons plains walk the most. And the elephants and their babies, of course.
The accommodation was good. The food was plentiful, and usually not an issue to find something for everyone's taste. There were times when I felt we had been faced with one too many buffet options, when lighter choices would have been more desirable. But I understand that a buffet was usually the most expedient way to accommodate a group of our size.
With 12 people in the group, mostly solo travellers, we had a very good dynamic. People were always included if they so desired, and also had the option to step out of the group bubble and do their own thing.
Hector, our driver, was a joy to be around, always attentive, safe, and going out of his way to make sure we were all taken care of, always with a smile. Thank you Hector!
And not the least, Nala, our tour leader, was the secret ingredient that made it all even better. Always with a big smile and a big heart, assessing everyone's needs and desires and trying to accommodate everyone, Nala was a treasure trove of information about Sri Lanka. Having been a previous customer for INTRO, I was so excited to be part of their first trip to the Philippines and it definitely did not disappoint. As always from start to finish, the Group Leaders were there to help with anything and everything and the trip itself was just mind blowing. THE BEST way to travel a country and since doing my first group tour with INTRO over 3 years ago now I will never travel any other way.
My favourite activities were the 3 day boat expedition from Coron to El Nido which was just incredible, the waterfalls in Siquijor and all of the snorkelling!
The accommodation was comfortable and better than I expected as it was on all other INTRO tours. Already looking forward the next trip.

My friend introduced me to this tour operator. After speaking with Kiara, we had a suitable itinerary. Our mission was straightforward: book a round-way ticket to Vietnam and enjoy the trip. They coordinated really efficiently and provided competent services. There are no mistakes on the tour, which I enjoyed. All of the hotels were in central locations, making it easy for us to walk about or find local restaurants. The daily trips were scheduled on time, and transportation was comfortable. We traveled from the north to the south of Vietnam. Visiting many famous and beautiful sights, including Hanoi, Halong Bay, Pu Luong, the Golden Bridge, Ho Chi Minh, and the Mekong Delta. The tour was a total of 15 days, and while fast-paced, the overall experience was magnificent! The locations visited were breathtaking, and the knowledge provided by our tour guide Ramez was unsurpassed. I cannot recommend him enough. He went above and beyond in making everyone feel welcome and safe during the tour while bringing much fun to the adventure. Great thought went into the planning of the itinerary (particularly in Egypt), so that we would visit attractions at times when both crowds and the heat were minimal. Favourite activities included visiting the Valley of the Kings (including the sunrise hot air balloon ride over the region), Abu Simbel, and the overnight felucca ride which included dancing and merryment around a fire for a group member's birthday. Our group was of about 15, and by the end of the trip we all became great friends. The Jordan segment of the trip was slightly more rushed and disorganised, but still very much enjoyable.
