AMAZING!!! Everyone we met through this company was just incredible and went above and beyond. Suman was our guide and he is the absolute the sweetest. He made the trek unforgettable. He is so knowledgeable - we felt so safe with him and he had an answer to everything! The prep chats the night before were the best. He made sure we knew what to expect the next day, and made sure we were always ok. Ramesh was also the greatest. He made us laugh so much and spent so much time with us. It was such a treat overall. We hiked to base camp and then to Gokyo Lake. It was a beautiful trek. We did need medical help and Suman made sure everything went so smoothly. We had a great experience with Khum and this company. The transport to and from the trek was smooth. The trek holds breath-taking views with mostly straightforward days for a fit walker with a few challenging days. I highly recommend the trek for any nature lover and enthusiastic trekker. It is, however, the guide and porter that absolutely make the trek! They really do become like family on the trek. Raju has mastered the art of being a guide. He knows well when to give space and when to engage with encouragement or knowledge. We met many guides on the trek and, whilst they were all lovely, we felt especially fortunate to have Raju with his uplifting energy, enthusiastic knowledge and witty humour. Raju made the experience perfect. He acquired the best rooms he could to look after us as one of had a stomach infection. The rooms were better than expected all the way round as Raju managed to get us private rooms at every tea house and always offered extra blankets and pillows! He was patient and kind and remained positive towards achieving our goal despite the difficult illness. He also supplied the medicine which cured us and allowed us to complete the trek. It’s safe to say this would not have happened without Raju! We played cards every night and we shared different games with each other, this was a real highlight! Nima was also a lovely and caring porter who with his limited English communicated largely in kindness and respect. He was always there to help and support and several times returned from dropping the heavy bag to help! Despite the illness, the trip ran smoothly because of Raju and Nima and it has perpetuated our deep love for Nepal and a desperation to return and complete more treks. We can’t thank Raju and Nima enough for their excellency and for making our trip so special!

My partner and I recently completed the Everest Base Camp trek and I am 100% confident they are the best company available. From start to finish they were there for our every need. During our time in Kathmandu, the agency representative was always at the hotel in person, greeting us with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. Before our arrival he was always on hand by email and replied almost instantly to every single question or query I sent him, even with the significant time difference between UK and Nepal. I really don't know how he does it. Our guide during the trek was an absolute pro and was always on hand to answer questions or organize meals, permits or any other need we might have. His knowledge of the Everest region and how to navigate it physically was second to none and it was apparent by the many other guides and porters who stopped to greet him that he is a very experienced and well respected member of the trekking community. A special thanks to the porters in our team, who powered up the trail every day carrying close to 40kg each. Never complaining and never without a smile or a fist bump. They arranged our meals in the evening and came along on acclimatization days. Our group of 3 made it to Everest Base Camp. Many did not. I am certain this came down to the expert guidance and support given by the team. Should I ever return to undertake another adventure, it will be with this team.

I did the ABC Trek in December 2019. Was an amazing experience and the trek was stunningly beautiful. My guide Deepen had a great knowledge of the mountains and was very attentive to my needs. He had a good understanding of what different clients are capable of after watching them on day 1 and then made sure the trek was suitably challenging but not out of their comfort zone. I always felt that safety was a priority and when extreme bad weather came in when only a few hours from our ABC destination, I was comfortable with the decision not to risk it. No one went up the mountain that day. The trek was fun, heaps to see, lots of people to meet along the way and Deepen always discussed the plan for the following day the night before, so I felt engaged and knew what to expect. Overall a great trip, would highly recommend but make sure you take some very warm clothes if travelling in winter. I'm thinking myself of planning another trek.

Our experience was completely wonderful from start to finish. The tour company made booking in difficult times straight forward and rather easy. The local operator who were looking after us in Kathmandu and on our trek were perfect. From the moment we cleared customs we were completely looked after and had absolutely no worries or concerns, everything was taken care of for us. We we collected by Ram our trek guide and transferred to the hotel, we met Indira there and she was and is an amazing woman. Everything was explained to us and we were given everything we needed. Indira is the perfect hostess, she arranged a private tour for us and gave us her contact number in case there was anything we were unsure of or needed. On the trek Ram was amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable, he sorted everything for us day to day and made sure our moral was kept high particularly when the going got tough! He gave us so much insight and information into life in Nepal and on the trek and never left our side. We felt so lucky he was our guide and cant thank him enough. Without you Ram we would never have got to EBC love ya mate!! We renewed our wedding vows at EBC and back in Kathmandu Indira arranged a monk to give us a blessing ceremony at Monkey Temple. Her care and attention to detail was humbling and touching. We were worried about the PCR test before flying back, this again was sorted by Indira, what an amazing woman. Thank you Indira. A special mention for Prabin our Sherpa/Porter who carried our gear for us an amazing young man with lungs the size of planets and Parashu our Kathmandu guide who gave us a wonderfully informative tour of the cities sights. Some advice for people wanting to do the EBC trek please book it with this local operator, amazing service, great customer care, brilliant people and truly top value for your money. Thanks guys.

Prior to completing our EBC trek we did a lot of research into different companies, and are so happy we decided to go with this tour operator. From first communication with Dil, any questions we had he answered in a timely manner and on meeting him for our pre-trip meeting, he was super friendly, knowledgeable and really cares about his customers. Our trip was planned very well and there were no hiccups with the logistics. We met our guide Amar Gurung and porter Suk at Lukla and we instantly knew we were in very capable hands. Amar was a great guide, an extremely caring person and had our health and welfare as his top priority. I unfortunately got sick with food poisoning on the 4th day in Namche Bazaar, but knew I was in very safe hands with Amar, and we continued our trek. Suk our porter is amazing and so strong and met us every morning with a smile. We enjoyed getting to know both of them and hearing about their lives, families, traditions etc. We not only left the trek, completing our goal of getting to Everest BC but we made friends for life in Amar and Suk. I would strongly recommend anybody looking at booking a trek picks this company as nothing was too much trouble for them, everything was arranged well and everybody is super caring and knowledgeable :) Ask for Amar and Suk if you want the best experience!
