This travel company simply made it all work with the best 3-day desert adventure from Marrakech via Merzouga. Beautifully scheduled, from the drive across the Atlas Mountains to the enchanting Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou—no stop was boring. The highlight of this trip was a sunset camel trek across the Erg Chebbi dunes combined with an unforgettable night under the stars at a luxury desert camp while listening to traditional Berber music. Comfortable accommodations, a very knowledgeable guide, and every moment was a perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. The Grand Tour of Morocco was a very good experience. Our guide Omar and driver Hussan were excellent. Hussan kept our minibus spotless and was always warm and friendly, helping out wherever he could. Our guide Omar went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He was always available to solve any issues that came up, and tried to cater to our group to make sure we had what we needed and wanted.
We only had seven people on our tour, which made the 14 passenger seat minibus (which was brand new) very comfortable.
We had a good combination of group activities and independent time on our own. I was a solo traveller, and enjoyed getting to know everyone on the tour.
The tour was in February, which turned out to be a great time to be in Morocco. It was cool in the morning and evenings, and comfortably warm in the afternoon. Bring warm sweaters and a good jacket if you visit in February. The best part was there weren’t too many tourists around making sites easier to visit and restaurants easier to get a good table.
I found the Moroccan people to be very friendly, and I never felt unsafe anywhere we went. Our guide made sure we had our bearings in each new city or town we stayed in so it was easy to get around.
The accommodations ranged from very good to shabby. I don’t mind basic accommodation as long as it’s clean, but one hotel we stayed for two nights was run down and not clean. The Riad we stayed in on our last night was beautiful and very comfortable. I also really enjoyed both nights at the Nomad camps in the desert.
There were some very long days on the minibus (six to eight hours of driving on a few days), but our guide made sure we had stops to stretch our legs.
We covered well over 3000 kilometres on this tour, which provided a great opportunity to really see the country.
I would highly recommend this tour so long as you’re prepared for the full on pace and some long days.
Again, I can’t say enough how much I appreciated our guide and driver.

I recently completed the Morocco Luxury Escape, and I cannot recommend this experience enough! From the moment I arrived in Casablanca to my departure from Marrakech, every detail was taken care of with precision and elegance. The entire tour was a seamless blend of adventure, luxury, and cultural immersion.
The tour began with a warm welcome at the airport, followed by smooth transfers to beautiful hotels, many of which were luxurious 5-star riads and kasbahs. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable, and each city, from Rabat to Fes and Marrakech, revealed layers of Moroccan history and culture that I would have never discovered on my own. I particularly enjoyed the private, guided tours in Fes and Marrakech, where I explored hidden gems within the medina and learned about local crafts and traditions.
One of the highlights was the Sahara desert experience. Riding camels into the golden dunes and spending the night at a luxurious desert camp was surreal. The entire setup, with its opulent tents and delicious meals, made me feel like royalty under the starlit sky. This was definitely a bucket-list experience, and this tour operator made it unforgettable.
The hot air balloon ride over Marrakech was another unforgettable highlight. The views of the city and the surrounding Atlas mountains at sunrise were simply breathtaking.
Additionally, I want to commend this tour company for their exceptional service. Our driver was professional, punctual, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire journey. The small details, like arranging meals in local spots or offering personalized recommendations, were a nice touch that really elevated the trip.
A great tour full of variety. Although there was a fair amount of travelling involved, it was definitely worth it for all the different experiences we had . Visiting local families and eating with them , alongside walking in the mountains were a highlight for me. Hassan was a wonderful guide, informative, kind and caring to all. He took us to some amazing local restaurants every night, which we would never have found!
