This 6-day tour showcases the best of Tanzania wildlife and will take you through the Northern Safari Circuit in Tanzania. It includes Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, Lake Manyara National Park, and the Ngorongoro Crater Conservancy.
A visit to the Ngorongoro Crater is an experience of a lifetime. There are few places that have wildlife densities and variety at this level. It is not unusual to see the big five in one day! It also boasts the most amazing setting with a backdrop of the 600m/1968ft high crater wall.
Lake Manyara National Park provides the perfect introduction to Tanzania’s birdlife. More than 400 species have been recorded here and even a first-time visitor to Africa might reasonably expect to observe 100 of these in one day. Highlights include thousands of pink-hued flamingos on their perpetual migration, as well as other large waterbirds such as pelicans, cormorants, and storks.
There is more to the Serengeti than large mammals. Gaudy agama lizards and rock hyraxes scuffle around the surfaces of the park’s isolated granite koppies. A full 100 varieties of dung beetle have been recorded, as have 500-plus bird species, ranging from the outsized ostrich and bizarre secretary bird of the open grassland to the black eagles that soar effortlessly above the Lobo Hills.
Please refer to the itinerary to find out what you'll be doing each day on this safari tour.

Masai Mara Game Reserve and Lake Nakuru National Park are the most famous and the most frequently visited in Kenya due to their uniqueness. The 4 Days Budget Safari is an adventure tour that starts with the Masai Mara - Kenya's finest and most outstanding wildlife sanctuary where gentle rolling grassland ensures animals are never out of sight.
The sensation of the great Wildebeest migration between July and October is unparalleled which makes it the 8th wonder of the World. Centuries of close association with wildlife has resulted in an almost symbiotic relationship where wildlife and Maasai people live in peace with one another here.
Lake Nakuru National Park is dominated by a gentle undulating terrain with open bush and woodlands, typical of the dry Rift Valley vegetation. Twenty seven percent (27%) of the park is composed of the Lake Nakuru waters. Lake Nakuru was declared a Rhino sanctuary in 1983. The rhino stocking program which ensued received White Rhinos from South Africa. Currently, the sanctuary has approximately 45 Black and 31 White Rhinoceros with multi-million flamingo birds.

There is no better way to connect with the bush than by making camp and falling asleep under the African Stars. A camping safari is a truly immersive African experience that brings the wilds of Africa all the way to your doorstep. There is no surround-sound quite like the African bush under an endless star-studded sky.
Our broad selection of African Camping Safaris has been cherry picked by our intrepid safari experts and is representative of the best African camping tours available on the continent.
Most of the Camping Safaris are conducted with the use of walk in two man dome tents. These tents are specifically designed with the African Bush in mind. Each tent is large, spacious and well ventilated. It is often expected that you will bring along your own sleeping bag, however on several of the Safaris listed a sleeping bag will be provided (or one will be available for hire).
Please see the itinerary tab for details of the day-by-day activities on this wonderful Safari in Tanzania.

This three-day, private, guided safari trip is for those who want to make the most of their short stay in Kenya. Book with us to explore the iconic Maasai Mara National Reserve, one of Africa's most popular wildlife destinations, and stay in the luxurious Mara Sopa Lodge while enjoying game drives in the reserve.
In addition to the Big Five, Maasai Mara is also famous for its annual migration, when millions of wildebeests – not to mention tens of thousands of zebras and gazelles – migrate north from Serengeti. This spectacle starts in late July or early August and continues until October.
We will pick you up on the first day of the tour from your centrally located hotel in Nairobi and drive you to Maasai Mara. There is a stopover of around 30 minutes at a viewpoint in the Rift Valley. Learn more about the geology of this place from your tour guide before proceeding to Narok, a town famous for the Maasai people.
Your first game drive in the wildlife reserve is late in the afternoon, followed by a full-day exploration of the national park on the second day. Enjoy your final game drive early in the morning of Day 3 before its time to head back to Nairobi where we will drop you off either at your hotel or at the airport for you to catch your flight home.
The Serengeti tops most Tanzania safari itineraries. A Masai word meaning “endless plains,” this protected ecosystem sprawls across 10,000 square miles. With a network of rivers ensuring year-round water, the region is incredibly rich in wildlife, though specific experiences, such as the Great Migration, vary with the seasons.Exceptional safari opportunities exist in the private reserves adjacent to Serengeti National Park, many of which are the exclusive domain of the camps we use. In addition to classic destinations like Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire, famed for its elephants and baobabs.

The famous Ngorongoro Crater is where you’ll discover nature’s “Big Five” all staking their claim to superiority in nature’s caldron. The crater, which has been declared a World heritage site, is 7,500 ft above sea level, and is the largest unbroken caldera in the world.
Surrounded by very steep walls rising 2,000 ft from the crater floor, this natural amphitheater measures 12 miles in diameter and 188 sq miles in area. It is home of up to 30,000 animals, almost half being wildebeest and zebra. Buffalo, Elephant, Hippo, Hyena, Jackal, Lion, Ostrich, Warthog, Bushbuck, Eland, Hartebeest, Waterbuck and huge herds of Gazelle’s are common on the crater floor.
Thanks to anti-poaching patrols, the crater is now one of the few places in East Africa where visitors can be certain of seeing a Black Rhino. Leopards may occasionally be spotted in the trees of the surrounding forest while Cheetah are present but rarely seen.
Large herds of Giraffes live on the rim of the crater and will be seen on the drive to Olduvai Gorge and the Serengeti. Countless Flamingo form a pink blanket over the soda lake of Manyanra while more than 100 species of birds, not found in the Serengeti, can been spotted.

Any trip to Africa is never complete with its animals, more specifically the Big Five, i.e., the African lion, African elephant, Cape buffalo, African leopard, and the black rhinoceros. The term big five was coined by big-game hunters and refers to the five most difficult animals in Africa to hunt on foot.

Book this seven-day, guided trip with us and summit Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest mountain, via the Shira route. The starting point of this route is the Shira Gate, which is located at a higher elevation than the Londorossi Gate, used by travelers heading for the top of the mountain through the Lemosho route. However, what is unique about the Shira route is that the first section of the trail is not covered by foot but driven. Therefore, climbers using this route will miss out on hiking through one of Kilimanjaro’s ecological zones, the rainforest.
Your journey starts in Moshi, from where we will drive you to the Londorossi Gate. An off-road vehicle will then transport you to the Shira Gate, located 3,600 metres above sea level, from where you will then hike up to Simba Camp on the first day of the climb. Please note that those who spent the previous night in Moshi will experience a sizeable gain in elevation today and might face complications due to the lack of acclimatisation.
From Simba Camp, your journey to the top continues via Shira 2 Camp, Lava Tower and Barafu Camp. Although it might be difficult for those who cannot deal with a sudden increase in elevation, this route is much more scenic than other routes to the top as it crosses the spectacular Shira Plateau and then joins the Machame route, thereby allowing climbers to experience beautiful sights around the southern circuit as well. Plus, you will experience a low traffic on this route until it joins the Machame.
The Shira is ideal for those who are confident in their ability to acclimatise fast and deal with sudden elevation increases. Along with this, travelers should also be able to trek through steep trails over an extended period of time.
Please note that the tour price also includes two night's accommodation in Moshi, one night each before and after the climb. For more details, please scroll down.
