The tour was excellent Our tour guides in Morroco, Sevilla and Portugal met all of our expectations particularly Hamid from Marruecos along with our Conductor. The only recommendation I make is to reconsider Panorama hotel. It was poorly maintained, poor hygiene. Other than that the other properties, itineraries and food were great. It was a memorable experience
This trip was incredible! The activities available ranged from climbing red sand dunes and star gazing in the desert, to getting up close to giraffes, zebras, and lions on safari and kayaking with seals jumping up onto the boat. Our guide Often did an amazing job of showing us the highlights of Namibia. Long stretches on the road but the view of the beautiful and changing landscape along the way made it all so worth it! Would highly recommend this trip to anyone wanting to explore the path less travelled and immerse themselves into Namibian culture.

I enjoyed very much the Morocco part of the tour mainly because of the very caring and honest tour guide, Karim. He is the best. He took of me very well. All the major cities and tourist spots were covered in the tour. I have recommended him to my travel agency, in case anyone wants to visit Morocco.
The Spain part was ok but guides were speaking in Spanish more than English, so it was a bit difficult to understand. Also, when they drop us off for free time, they do not explain what are the things to see in the area. We have to figure out ourselves.
The time in each place is short and we are always rushing for time. Time spent in the bus seems longer than time spent out of the bus.
But they did cover major sites but most of these places were offered as panaromic view. What would have been better is, if at least one major attraction in each city, we can enter the place and see and experience it. For eg, Real Alcazar in Sevilla - there were no tickets purchased for us and we did not get to see inside.
This was an excellent trip in April 2022 - great itinerary, so much culture, fantastic guide (Tarek) and such delicious food on the Nile boat. I loved every minute of it, and so glad I went. Particular highlights for me were the temples at Karnack, Valley of the Kings, the food on the Nile boat and the yellowness of the sandstorm that engulfed us on our way back from Abu Simbel! It is however, not a trip for the faint-hearted. There are LOTS of early starts. Almost every day was a start before 7am and on a couple of days, it was up at 3am. There is LOTS of walking, I think I did about 27 miles in the 9 days - to/from temples, round museums, in/out of airports, to/from local markets etc. Personally, I am not sure I would label this as 'leisurely' - yes, there were no hills to climb, but it was often uneven, sandy ground we walking on and when I went, Egypt was also going through a heatwave, so it was 43 or 44 degrees every day. I ignored some of the optional extras so I could have some down time on the boat. I would also add that in additional to the 'essentials' listed on the what to take, you also need: sunhat, scarf to cover your shoulders and women need to wear a long skirt for the day they are going into the mosque in Cairo. Refillable water bottle and light/comfortable walking shoes - very essential! Also, take US dollars as your main currency (small denominations and not ripped notes). You will need some Egyptian pounds for some of the attractions, but everywhere they just want hard currency - even at the local markets. Final word of advice - don't bother with the extra walk INSIDE the pyramid in Cairo. It is near vertical, baking hot and nothing to see at the end of it. My legs were wobbly for hours afterwards. Overall, this was a totally amazing trip though and hope you enjoy it.

What a wonderful trip! After a bit of challenge finding our taxi transfer at Casablanca airport the holiday went very smoothly. The itinerary was excellent, well curated with just enough flexibility to suit the group's needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the variety of experiences and the expertise and humour of all the local guides that we met on our travels
The accommodation was very good and mostly met expectations as described, however the final riad in Marrakech was only a 3 star hotel and a 25 minute walk from the centre of town, which surprised me on an 'Upgraded' tour. It was perfectly adequate and certainly met our needs, just not what I expected at the end of the trip.
We were lucky to find ourselves with a terrific group of fellow travellers who all got on very well, however my highest praise goes to our group tour leader, Ibrahim who was exceptional.
Ibrahim is very knowledgeable and passionate about his country. He paced the trip well and was particularly adept at 'reading' the group and tweaking the plans where it would add to our comfort and enjoyment. His energy and enthusiastic personality together with his understanding and caring nature ensured that all group members had the very best holiday possible.

The Barcelona part of the trip was very disjointed as we kept changing tour guides and overlapping other tours. The pick up times were always late and the Praga Hotel was very small and cramped.
The Top Deck Delve Deep Egypt Tour was a trip of a lifetime. The price for what was included was remarkable, and the sensationally knowledgeable tour guide we received for the trip really took the trip to the next level. The hotels were all clean and safe, the hotel staff were lovely, and the hotel food was divine. The local cuisine was incredible and i miss it dearly!
The locations and attractions we visited were truly breathtaking, the fact that Top Deck was able to organise for us to see and do so much in such a short amount of time is truly amazing. The entire trip ran smoothly and according to plan.
Our sensational tour guide Mohammed Ali was fluent in English, Arabic and also Italian. His knowledge of not only the sites we visited but also Egypt as a whole was astounding. Mohammed was friendly, respectful, caring and had great communication skills.
If I were to return to Egypt I would request Mohammed as my tour guide and I would complete another Top Deck Tour again.
As I say goodbye to this remarkable country, I just want to take a moment to appreciate how magnificent it is.
A country so culturally rich and diverse, where you can experience the city/desert/ocean/greenery all within 1 short holiday. A country full of hidden treasures and incredible food everywhere you go. A country who despite its economic struggles, continues to grow and develop. A country full of the most beautiful and kind people, who value and appreciate tourists, and who for the most part just want to hear about our country and hear us speak.
I cannot recommend Egypt more highly to anyone wanting to delve in to a country so beautiful as it is diverse.
Ajit Singh Panwar and Najib were excellent guides, well informed and willing shared cultural information. Sadly the first two days in Madrid were very confusing, particularly the visit to the Sports stadium. It would have been useful to explain how long we had and then meet at the appointed location. It was impossible to try and follow Ana. Due to the rush to keep up I lost my expensive Apple Watch as I couldnt return it to my wrist return passport to my person once I had gone through security. It feel out of my bag someone picked it up. we In Madrid It was very confusing sorting the different groups at the hotel. Perhaps different language groups could meet a staggered times. Once on our bus Ajib was very good. I particularly enjoyed our days in Morocco. Najib was an excellent guide, personable, well informed and willing shared his love of his country. Those flying in from Australia or New Zealand really need an extra day tomcod with the jet lag. Alahamlba local guide was excellent. Perhaps a guided tour in Seville, particularly for the visit to the Roman amphitheatre would have been great.
