This half day tour to Islamic Cairo starts At 10:00 am when our guide will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the Citadel of Salah El Din in Cairo.
Over there in Islamic Cairo you will be able to visit and enter some of the mosques such as - `Masjid` Amr Ibn Elas Mosque, followed by a visit to the Most and biggest mosques in Cairo which is El Sultan Hassan Mosque.
We will then visit another big famous Mosque which is the Al-Rifa’i Mosque. The building is located opposite the Mosque-Madrassa of Sultan Hassan, which dates from around 1361, and was architecturally conceived as a complement to the older structure. The mosque was constructed next to two large public squares and off of several European style.
Then Followed by a visit to one of the biggest mosques in Cairo which is El Sultan Hassan Mosque that also known as `Madrasa El Sultan Hassan` that was founded by Sultan Hassan in 1356 A.D. Commissioned by a sultan of a short and relatively unimpressive profile, al-Maqrizi noted that within the mosque were several “wonders of construction”. The mosque was, for example, designed to include schools for all four of the Sunni schools of thought: Shafi’i, Maliki, Hanafi and Hanbali
Then drive to Al-Azhar Mosque in Cairo is also known as the mosque of the most resplendent is a mosque in Islamic Cairo in Egypt. It was the first mosque established in Cairo, a city that has since gained the nickname "the City of a Thousand Minarets".
End your day tour with a visit to El Hussein Mosque in Cairo. Hallowed mosque is believed to be the burial site of the head of the prophet Muhammad's grandson.

This one day tour in Cairo is a sightseeing tour that will take you to the most famous churches and mosques in the city.
At 8:00 am we will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo to start your full-day tour visiting Old Cairo, also known as Christian Coptic Cairo. This is among the most important locations to visit in Cairo because it was visited by the Holy Family. Their spiritual presence is thought to be still felt in this place.

The Mosque-Madrassa of Sultan Hassan is a massive Mamluk era mosque and madrassa which is located near the citadel in Cairo. It is famous for its construction, which began in 757 AH/1356 CE with work ending three years later "without even a single day of idleness". At the time of construction, the mosque was considered remarkable for its size and innovative architectural components.
We will visit Al-Rifa'i Mosque next, which dates from around 1361 and was architecturally conceived as a complement to the older structure. . The building is located opposite the Mosque-Madrassa of Sultan Hassan.
At the end of the tour you will be transferred back to your hotel.
At 6:00 am we pick you up from your hotel or Nile Cruise in Luxor. Our guide will then transfer you by private A/C vehicle to Edfu City which is around an 1hr south of Luxor.
We visit Temple of Horus in Edfu - an ancient Egyptian temple located on the west bank of the Nile in the city of Edfu. It was known in Greco-Roman times as Apollonopolis Magna, after the chief god Horus-Apollo. It is one of the best preserved temples in Egypt.
The temple, dedicated to the falcon god Horus, was built in the Ptolemaic period between 237 and 57 BCE. The inscriptions on its walls provide important information on language, myth and religion during the Greco-Roman period in ancient Egypt.
After you are done with your visit to Edfu, you continue on to drive to Kom Ombo City.
Here you you will visit the Temple of Kom Ombo - an unusual double temple built during the Ptolemaic dynasty in the Egyptian town of Kom Ombo. Some additions to it were later made during the Roman period. The building is unique because its 'double' design meant that there were courts, halls, sanctuaries and rooms duplicated for two sets of gods.
The southern half of the temple was dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek, god of fertility and creator of the world with Hathor and Khonsu.
Continue the drive towards Aswan and transfer you to a local restaurant for the included lunch.
After lunch, you will be transferred to continue your day tour to Philae Temple - an island in Lake Nasser, Egypt. It was formerly an island in the First Cataract of the Nile River and the previous site of an ancient Egyptian temple complex in southern Egypt.
End your day tour with a visit to the High Dam that was constructed in 1961 by the then President of Egypt - Gamal Abdel Nasar.
Around 15:00 pm we transfer you back to your hotel in Luxor or in Aswan
