Had a great time touring Sri Lanka. Our driver/guide Nalaka was excellent and the trip was very well organised. Beautiful country, very friendly people and plenty of variety in the itinerary.

I loved every moment of my trip! This was my first time travelling on a guided trip and it was a brilliant way to enjoy all that Costa Rica has to offer. The service from Chris prior to departure was excellent and the communication with Jeffery whilst en-route was reassuring (we had a hiccup with our bags missing our connecting flight to San Jose) and we slept well knowing our bags would reach us before leaving San Jose. Once the trip had begun it was quickly evident that Jeffery is a sensationally good guide, and with the aid of his support team we were well fed, watered and entertained throughout the trip. I would not hesitate to book another similar challenge through World Expeditions

Fabulous trip, well balanced, varied and well thought out itinerary. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Accommodation was overall very good. Excellent Explore guide and local guides. Despite it being a “full on” paced trip I felt there was a good amount of down time providing opportunities to either have a massage, visit an elephant sanctuary (luang prabang) or browse around the local markets to buy local crafts. Loved it!! Whole trip was enhanced by being in a wonderful group

My first group trip Ever. I loved it. Explore from Booking to The actual trip excellent. Sometimes a bit slow in response to emails but all good. I think I’d like a Little more active itinerary next time I book a Trip.

A lovely tour - varied covering different parts, many involving the Mekong. Our guide Jackie was wonderful - competent and engaging. Really enjoyed his company. The local guides were all tremendous and we were lucky to have a group that mixed well and got om

Laos is very beautiful and full of unexpected highlights. In Cambodia we enjoyed the expected highlights! Our tour leader Jackie is one of the very best, and the local guides were also excellent. Just the quality of the accommodation was variable. I had very noisy room allocations for both the first 3 nights and the last 3 nights. The Sala Prabang has a room 101 facing the busy street. The Twitz hostel hotel in Cambodia has a very noisy 4th floor bar with live music and very poor sound insulation. This issue has been raised in the hope that better rooms will be secured for future trips, and anyone put in the same position might want to request a change of room straightaway, the hotel staff are well aware... Otherwise a fantastic trip!
