We had an amazing trip!! From Cathy who helped set everything up to Fran who coordinated everything on the ground and Patrick who drove us around, this was truly an amazing experience

Tour is very busy if you do all the optional tours. Expect a lot of daily walking. There are lots of stairs - especially at Mont St Michel. At Chateau de la Bourdaisiere, not everyone stays in the Chateau, some stay in the stables. Deauville Hotel included meal was not nice , dry, reconstituted veal. Welcome dinner and farewell dinner of both tours is on the same day. If going to see Aiguille de Midi at Chamonix book tickets on the website in advance as tickets were sold out. I had previously been there before, so was not too disappointed.

It was a comprehensive itinerary , I ve been in Switzerland on 2018 with Trafalgar with best of Switzerland and Austria , I loved it too , but this tour with Insight was more comprehensive since it was concentrated in Switzerland alone, the one thing I would like to add to this trip was a night in Lauterbrunnen I would like to walk the village and savor the beauty of the breathtaking views , but otherwise the trip was worth it, I will possibly take this tour again in the future with my sister , I loved Switzerland.

Our driver(Paul) and tour director (Mark) were both very skilled in their roles, with patience, safety and courtesy uppermost in their dealings with the people on our tour. Our welfare was their concern. A busy itinerary but well paced, particularly in the second half of the tour.

We enjoy a wide variety of experiences and scenery. The two night stops were very welcome, to catch our breath and do some washing ! We would have liked a little more time in Cornwall. The only criticism I have is the confusion experienced on the morning of departure, with two similar Insight groups leaving within 15 minutes of each other.

Our leader Nela was exceptional. Responsible , caring and proactive. It rained one day and she and Bozo the mechanic researched alternative rides for us when the planned route would have been dangerous. High praise for Bozo too who cared for us and our bikes to the highest standard.
