Central America National parks Trips

Itinerary was great and this was the main reason we chose this trip and Sri Lanka has fantastic sites and culture to experience - unfortunately we counted on having an appropriate guide and tour director who could assist with making the most of the experience - unfortunately our guide was not fluent in English, could not answer questions or explain the sites, culture and history in any meaningful way and we were forced to communicate critical aspects of the itinerary with him on whatsap, initiated by us not the tour director - the worst tour director I have had in nearly 45 years of travel and over 50 tours

What an amazing place is Tasmania! Friendly people, stunning natural scenery jam-packed with history from the first nations to the convict era. AAT Kings struck a perfect balance of curated destinations with comfortable travel and accommodation. Our tour director, Carolyn and driver Esdon, were knowledgeable, professional and took care of every detail on the tour. Thanks for an amazing experience.

Could not fault our second Holliday with Explore. It was so good that within 12 hours of returning home we booked our third trip for the Spring next year and are planning at least one more for 2026.

An excellent holiday with an excellent leader. San Sebastián is a delightful small town with very few tourists. Our hotel was central and comfortable. The walks covered all that La Gomera offers, with the added bonus of a trip to the desert landforms below Mount Teide on Tenerife at the end. Raquel our leader was well- informed and enormously helpful. A lovely and sociable group was a bonus.

Great trip. Tiring but well worth it to see so much of New Zealand. Driver and tour director were great. Some hotels were a bit basic but generally good. I did a same sex room share which worked out really well. It also helped that we had a good group of travellers. Just didn’t realise the group would be so big! Will do another AATKings trip around Australia if I can afford it.

This trip works well. Tenerife has lots of flights and so is very accessible. The ferry to La Gomera takes you away from mass tourism, and the island itself is varied and attractive. We had a great trip with varied walks and some nice meals out in the evening. The group got on well and the group leader/guide was excellent. An added bonus was the transatlantic rowing competition from La Gomera to Anguilla was taking place the following week so we had the opportunity to meet participants.
