“
The itinerary is good but Insight's service is going downhill. First, bottled water was cancelled. Then, name tags (what privacy, may I ask?) then meet and greet, next the posting of daily activities at hotel reception. My cell phone is old and does not do QR codes. So, we personally, have seen the last of Insight.

The included visits were not very interesting, castle not open to visite, monasterie that was more like a library.
If you wanted to see more interesting visit you had to pay for each one of them. Disappointing. Not like the best of Spain and Portugal that we did 2 years ago.

It was an insight into the East. We had little first hand knowledge about parts of Eastern europe, specially Poland and the Czech Republic and quite enjoyed the sites and exposure.

The itinerary is perfect and is busy, which given all there is to see and learn is a good thing.
We had the best tour guide, she had lived life under communism so her knowledge wasn’t just read and learned. She was anlso the best organiser as well. Our bus driver was amazing and kept us on time and safe.
