Glasgow Tours in June 2027

What a great trip. We saw a great variety of places.. , out tour guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so many interesting stories.. From castles to abbeys, to farms and ferry rides, we experienced so much that Scotland has to offer. There were excursions to interest everyone. The local specialists were very informative. And who can’t fall in love with a Hairy Coo!

We saw so much of Scotland during our trip. Very happy we took this tour. The travel director and driver were outstanding. Both my husband and I visited places where our ancestors came from. Love those Highland coos! Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic time. We went so many interesting places. Our Tour Director knew a lot of history and facts, which he repeated for us occasionally for us to make sense of everything. A full and thoroughly enjoyable itinerary

The trip went very smoothly--our bags were moved along to each place where we were staying in a timely manner. All accommodations were excellent in every instance. It was a stress-free walking trip!

We have taken tours with other companies (Gate One & CIE) and Trafalgar stands out as the best. Much of this was due to the hard work and extreme organization by our tour guide . kept a step ahead solving any potential issues before they were issues. He was sensitive to the individual needs of each of the 40 individuals on the tour. Nothing was a problem to do. He was also well prepared. He had a series of laminated sheets that he used as a guide as he explained the background and history behind all the places we visited and passed. We also had a excellent driver in . I felt extremely safe on his coach. In the evenings, after assisting with the baggage would be seen washing and cleaning the bus. He kept the bus spotless and everything in working order. The luxury Mercedes coach was extremely comfortable. If I have any suggestion it is that the tour was intense. There was very little down time and some sites required considerable walking, A challenge for seniors. It was good that we had multiple nights at many of our hotels. This saved having to pack each night. We left having to see much of Scotland and we gained an understanding of Scottish culture, food and history. Pre-trip, I liked the fact that Trafalgar did not nickel and dime us. In fact, we were unable to sign up for an special experience before we were physically on the tour. We look forward to another Trafalgar tour.

I have absolutely no complaints. I loved our Lead tour guide . I loved the Mercedes bus and switching of seat assignments daily (very fair). No playing of favorites. Everyone was treated equally. Loved the Vox boxes to hear the tour guides better. We only had one guide that I didn't understand his brogue, but that's not his fault, that's his language. Everything was planned out in a great efficient manner. No time wasted. Best experience of my life.
