Glasgow 11-Day Tours and Trips

My favorite moment of the tour was the Edinburgh Military Tattoo. It was spectacular. Next would be the raw beauty of the Scottish Highlands. The real key to the success of our tour was the tour manager. The tour manager can make or break the entire experience, and our tour manager, Andy, was awesome.

The best thing about our tour was the tour manager, Andy Parker. He brought out things we would have missed without his commentary and insight. The hotel in the highlands was a disappointment, but the other hotels were great.

The process was easiy. Jake was friendly and answered questions with our purchase. The bus driver Kevin was skilled, funny, and friendly. The tour manager, Jonny, was caring, knowledgeable, and had great sense of humor. The tour stops were all wonderful. I so appreciate getting to go to Orkney Islands. The islands were beautiful and provided great historical perspective. Truly loved the castle ruins on Loch Ness and river cruise. Castle at Dunrobbin stop was fantastic with seeing gardens, balcony and castle tour. Edinburgh history was great and tour guide knowledgeable. Enjoyed castle. Isle of skye beautiful. Everything made my dreams about trip true.

A favorite experience was the stay at Loch Melfort Hotel. Everything about this location was superior, the location on the loch, the service at the hotel, the beautiful Scottish countryside and the food at the restaurant was stellar!

Excellent fast paced tour of many wonderful sites. Delivered as promised with an excellent, informative, organized and variant guide…Ian! Most memorable was the Tattoo and Edinburgh city tour. The trip from Skye to Thurso and the drive around Orkney were beautiful and exceptional as well. This is a great tour to “whet your Scotland“ appetite and plan a return to see more!

Orkney island was great day.it was like Rick Steves travel show. Skars Brae was remains of Neolithic Village started before the pyramids. Standings Stones of Stenness older than Stonehenge. The Italian Chapel was beautiful. Must see island event. Dunrobin Castle was another must see Chateau. Culloden battlefield site was reason my husband wanted to visit due to family connection. Isle of Skye was beautiful. Great local guide. Super overview of Scotland with a wonderful tour manager Chritina.
