Orkney island was great day.it was like Rick Steves travel show. Skars Brae was remains of Neolithic Village started before the pyramids. Standings Stones of Stenness older than Stonehenge. The Italian Chapel was beautiful. Must see island event. Dunrobin Castle was another must see Chateau. Culloden battlefield site was reason my husband wanted to visit due to family connection. Isle of Skye was beautiful. Great local guide. Super overview of Scotland with a wonderful tour manager Chritina.

I loved it all except I thought the Dundee tour of the boat was a little long and not very interesting and I didn’t care for Glasgow as a stop with those many days. Loved the excursions away from Glasgow but the city is not what I came to Scotland to see. I would have liked a day in Inverness instead. I also wish that the hotels, all of them, had instructions on how to work the showers!! Not one the same, even within the same hotel!! The director, was fabulous and so much fun. He rolls with the punches and doesn’t get rattled. is the best driver we could have had! She can maneuver that coach through the eye of a needle and keeps it spotless! This trip has been my dream since I was a child and I was not disappointed and was thrilled beyond expectations!

Our tour co ordinator , was excellent and was always thinking of our needs and eager to show us the beautiful sights with excellent knowledge and commentary. Great trip. It was a high paced itinerary however it gave us a great understanding and introduction to Scotland. Our travel director, Ian and driver were great and added to our positive experience. Ian is very organized and funny. He kept us all laughing and in a good mood. is an excellent driver, and we felt very safe with her competent driving skills. A few of the hotels in the Highlands were a little rough with the accommodations, but the stays in the cities were very nice. The food was good and the optional excursions were great. Thanks again to Ian and for their professionalism. We will always have fond memories of our trip with them.
