Frankfurt Walking Trips

Each guest must read in details carefully , nothing to complain of the trip that I felt tried of sitting in the bus more than a half day mostly in every day.

Our guide Betina Wenziner have been great and professional. She gave all information and managed daily operation perfectly. Thai Assistant Sineenat Suwantanon is very good too. We are so happy to join the tour. Thank you very much

1. Grouping should have been done keeping in mind the preferred language. While i preferred English, i was with a Spanish speaking group till Aarhus - which was not enjoyable. 2. Large groups should no be clubbed with individual/ small family travellers. There was a group of 20 people travelling together and that often led to delays etc.

it was hassle free as tour guide was guiding us properly with the language that we are comfortable with and also shared us a chocolates during out last journey from each city that was a sweet gesture from all the tour guides cheers to all rene , veronica, deigo

Stressed because because our travel agency Happy Faces/Tradewings failed to provide us the return flight tickets for our family eventhough we are fully paid. We had to book our tickets on our own, shelled our extra money that should have been used in our tour. We got the tickets with a high cost because the return flight was so close. We are very disappointed with Happy Faces Travel. We are trying to communicate with them for our refund but all their phones can’t be reached.

The tour was very good. But we were stressed out by our travel agency Happy Faces/Trade Wings for they did not provide the return flight tickets which we have been fully paid to them. In return we shelled out additional money for our return flight tickets which were very costly because the flight schedule was too close already.
