Florence Tours in November 2027

Hi Stefania! Sorry to take so long to write back. It has been crazy trying to get back into the swing of things at work after that trip. Italy was amazing!! We absolutely loved it! As for feedback on the trip, we really don't have anything that was negative. We loved everything that was planned! We especially loved how you planned the sites that we went and how the pattern flowed (not sure if you did it on purpose but we think so). Also, thank you for being very accessible to us during the whole planning of the trip. You helped put us at ease and it was very reassuring that we chose the right company. That is all that I can given you that might be considered constructive. The rest I could say would just be compliments on everything else. If I can think of anything else that I think is useful I will definitely email you. Hope all is well, Jane P.S. - Does your company only provide trips for Italy or other countries as well, just wondering for the future :)

I loved this tour! We visited so many places and saw so much! Our tour leader, Antonio was wonderful! He was attentive to all in the group and took care of any special needs cheerfully and efficiently.

Tremendous organization and coordination with the result of total satisfaction. The guides, Manuela (tour leader in the bus), Giorgio (Naples and Pompeii) and Alessandra (Florence) EXCELLENT !!!!!, Good hotels and food. Strongly recommend it.

From start to finish, this tour was amazing, jam packed with lots to see and do…..we loved every minute of it! The scenery on this tour was breathtaking. From mountains, to rivers, beautiful countryside, quaint little towns and the lights of the big cities made for an every changing view. This tour was very good value. Many of the hotels were top notch as were the included breakfasts and dinners. Well done Expat! The coach was very comfortable and always clean. Our hat goes off to Alex, our driver who was very professional, always friendly. Alex drove the coach with confidence through the narrow streets and motorways. We always felt safe with Alex at the wheel. We were very fortunate to travel with such a wonderful group of people ranging in age from the mid twenties to the mid seventies. Everyone was very respectful and full of fun. This tour was amazing but our tour leader Gustavo took it from a tour to an amazing experience. Gustavo was always positive and willing to answer any questions or to help in anyway. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the places we travelled and shared lots of information. He was well organized and provided our schedule each morning as to how the day would play out detailing the highlights. A true leader! Gustavo brought this group of strangers together that by the end of the tour we were like family. He took the tour to a higher level…..an amazing experience….one we will never forget. Thank you Gustouv.

As past reviewers have stated, this is a fast-paced tour. I do have a couple of regrets: we didn't get to visit the Louvre in Paris because it was closed on the day we were there. Secondly, we had to leave Pisa, Italy exactly when the Leaning Tower was opening. I reeeaaalllly wanted to go inside, though. However, everything is timed on this tour, as it has to be, so delays do affect subsequent destinations. Still, it does sting to know that I got all the way to the Leaning Tower, but couldn't go in. My "misgivings" notwithstanding, this tour was well-organized. When I think of the logistics of planning such a trip, there is just no way I would have seen and done as much as I did if I had gone on my own. Expat eliminated all the stress by taking care of the details--the devil's details. ;-) Optional tours and experiences: I went to all except the cabaret show in Paris. For those balking at the extra cost, just ask your tour leader what the must-see optional experiences are and go from there. To me, it's all worth seeing. Our tour leader, Master Luke (yes, because that is how I choose to address him), was outstanding in his knowledge, expression, energy level, interaction with passengers, and willingness to assist as needed. Our driver, Chris, was THE BOSS. I highly recommend this tour--5 stars!

Enjoyed the experience, and great tour leader and driver, met many new friends. Saw all the sights, great value tour, hotels were good, most meals as supplied were generally adequate.
