Ascend the second highest peak in Corfu - Agli Deka
Southern Corfu’s enchanting landscapes are yours to discover on this 8-day walking tour, ideal for hikers seeking both challenge and cultural immersion. Meander through sleepy villages, shaded olive groves, and along sun-drenched beaches, pausing to sample traditional Greek cuisine in local tavernas.
Highlights include exploring the UNESCO-listed backstreets of Corfu Town, following ancient mule tracks to hilltop monasteries, and summiting Agii Deka for sweeping Mediterranean views.
The USP lies in the tour’s focus on authentic local life and hidden gems—travelers are treated to both spectacular scenery and genuine Corfiot hospitality, making every step of this challenging journey unforgettable.
Excellent week. Great walks which were correctly graded. Our guide Spiros was exceptional. Accommodation was just perfect. With the exception of one breakfast they were spot on to fuel you up for your days adventure. Would thoroughly recommend this holiday.
This was a great hike with an excellent leader who was very knowledgeable, and attentive to our individual needs. We stayed in a variety of accommodation types, but all of them were clean, pleasant and well located.
A beautiful island, which we walked in perfect weather. I think the North trail probably has more dramatic views but the South is still beautiful on this very green island, with its ancient olive trees, gorgeous villages, deserted beaches and delicious food. A coffee stop was factored in each day too. But oh the Greek toilets...!
Really enjoyed walking The Corfu trail south. The route was varied and interesting and took in the smaller villages in more remote areas. It was just the right pace with adequate stops. Spiros was very kind and funny and extremely knowledgeable about Corfu and nature. There would not be The Corfu trail without Spiros so feel pleased to have had this experience. One of the accomodation choices along the route needs reviewing as it was basic and didn't work well. A very nice week with a great group.
