Brazil Tours in March 2026

I usually don’t post reviews, but I wanted to thank the staff for helping to make our 2 week Argentinian adventure as flawless as possible. First Melina helped plan our itinerary, which was quite challenging since it included 4 flights and 5 hotels! The activities she suggested, from ice trekking to Tango shows were all fun and unique. The transportation to and from activities and hotels was stellar and such a time saver. We chose mid range hotels and each was clean and so fitting for the location we were at. Milagros took over once our itinerary was set and what a bonus that was! What stood out most was how graciously she accommodated all the issues we had once we began our trip - and there were a lot. From lost luggage to last minute flight and hotel changes, Milagros handled everything graciously and without an upcharge to do so. The farewell bottle of wine was such an unexpected surprise. Muchas Gracias, team!

We just returned from a 5-week trip to South America. The team was AMAZING. They helped us plan a very complex itinerary that included multiple cities in Chile and Peru, a side-trip to Easter Island, Machu Picchu and the sacred valley, and finally Iguazu Falls in Argentina and Peru. The advice they gave and the hotels they chose were truly exceptional. The detailed day-by-day itinerary was very helpful, and all of their in-country partners (e.g., drivers, tour guides) were terrific. Everything went perfectly. Best travel experience ever! Highlights were definately Iguassu Falls and Illa Grande. Swimming in the beautiful warm clear sea, tearing around in speed boats, taking the boat under the falls - so much fun. Really good company with like minded travellers.

This was my 5th time with Expat and all I can say is ""Wow"". The journey from Rio to Buenos Aires was spectacular and I won't soon forget it. Much of my enjoyment was due in large part to our trusty guide, Zema. His professionalism and local knowledge of our surroundings should not be overlooked and I'm happy to say that he's become a new friend. He made sure that all of our group was safe, well informed, and had fun experiences along the way. His honesty regarding our foreign curiosities and local connections were also a refreshment. Each location was amazing and it once again proves that Expat knows how to map out a proper tour. Since our trip was during Carnaval, our itinerary was tweaked a bit but it was not a problem as it came with the territory. It's just good to see that people were having a good time again in Brazil since the Pandemic. Street parties, natural wonders, beautiful beaches, and tons of food/drink were just a few of the highlights during my time in Rio. The optional Rio+ was well worth it and I'm glad I was with my fun little group during all the exciting stops. Paraty was a cute, older town where I enjoyed walking the cobblestone streets and taking in the colorful houses. Journeying into the jungle was also a delight. Sao Paolo was a big city that reminded me of my hometown of New York. Iguazu Falls is a must-see and was more breathtaking than I had imagined. The town is also a good time and reminded me a bit of Niagara Falls in NY. Spending an extra day here was a treat and relaxing. I also recommend making the trip to Paraguay. Moving onto Buenos Aires was fun too. Although we lost a day here, there was still plenty of time to see the sights and explore the Argentine city with diligence. Overall, I had a great time and since it was during Carnaval, there was an extra exciting vibe all around. A big thank you once again to Zema and Expat Explore. Cheers to another fond memory!

We had a great time in Patagonia. The assistance we received from Patricio was always timely and helpful. He was able to answer all of our questions and went out of his way to make sure we understood what we could expect. We learned about Say Hueque by searching the internet and reading travelers reviews. The highlight of the trip for us was the day trip to the Prieto Moreno Glacier. Thanks again for helping us make this a great memory to see your beautiful part of the world.
