Bolivia Tours in Spring

We saw so much in Uyuni and around La Paz that I’m not even sure where to begin. Charlie the Traveler put together a custom “tour for two” on very short notice and it was first class all the way — from the Uyuni Salt Flats to our La Paz hotel with a view of the Carnaval Parade route to the guide who took us hiking high up into the Andes. William, our contact, was in constant communication with us. We had expert drivers, comfortable vehicles, and depending on the day’s itinerary we had different bilingual guides with really impressive knowledge of Bolivia’s cultural heritage and history. We learned a lot and ate well every day! Never felt more catered to, or more pampered, by a tour company. Felt like it was truly important to everyone that we had a good time: and we did! We loved Bolivia, and I will never forget having a personal wine time set up for us in the middle of the salt flats. It was unreal! Thank you for everything William and thank you to Charlie the Traveler for making Bolivia an awesome experience we will always remember!

The trip was super. The Salt Flats and the desert crossing were the absolute highlight. I would recommend this trip. Also the pace and places were good. The only negative thing was the guide. If the guide is not good, then it affects the whole group trip.

Amazing experience, made me full in love with Peru! The massive famous hikes could of been advertised in La paz, has 1 of the most famous 6000M hikes in the world and would of been nice to know about it or put it in the optional activities so I missed out on that unfortanilty

I had such a wonderful experience on the Inca Trail trip. The G Adventures staff were all enthusiastic, engaged and knew what was needed to make the trip exciting, educational and enjoyable. It was a great experience to se as much as possible in two weeks. The porters and crew 13 around chef Benedicto have done a great job to set up our lunch spots as well as the tents for the nights as soon as possible and the food was amazing. Our guide Julio was super supportive even in very difficult situations and I personally was totally satisfied. Especially the orientation walks with Julio in each new place we visited were very helpful especially for solo travellers.

I came for the salt flats but got to discover that Bolivia has so much more to offer with its culture, history, and different terrains. I appreciated being able to see both the cities and nature. It was special to witness a culture so connected to the land and Indigenous people. The CEO was exceptional: approachable, communicative, kind, informative, organized, attentive and passionate.
