The booking porocess was easy, and customer service was responsive. I contacted 4 companies about the tour I was interested in. Two of the companies I contacted didn't answer me at all. One of them was basically a chatbot that said "do it yourself." Only bookmundi had human agents to help.

Welcome to South Africa! Upon your arrival in Johannesburg, we will take you to your accommodation. You'll have ample time to rest and recover from your flight before meeting the rest of your group. Later, you will have the opportunity to join your fellow travellers for a welcome dinner. Please note: This tour is designed for younger travellers looking for a backpacker-style experience and to meet like-minded people. The average age on this tour is around 21 - 35, and we are unfortunately unable to take any travellers over the age of 49.
