The guides Rene interaction with us was wonderful and cooperative

The hotels where very bad dirty with bad breakfast menu and the tour guide were races

Overall very happy with Europamunda and their services. Special mention of our tour leader Julio who was very helpful, jovial and very professional. He took care of all passengers and i wish him all the best for future and would love to join his tour sometime in future again. All the local guides were also good and shared lot of information. Overall I am satisfied. Thank u

Overall a good experience.

unable to access My Trip. We did not visit Olympiapark due to time constraints. The rest of the tour was enjoyable. Some of the hotels either did not have ACs or AC was not working making it quite uncomfortable given the warm weather. Our tour guide, Julio was great. He was accommodating, knowledgeable,very pleasant, funny. He is an asset to Europamundo. Comments from Floreliz Mendoza as she was unable to edit her comments.

I had trouble accessing My Trip even after several attempts to fix by Europamundo

The itinerary was great. We enjoyed the places we visited most especially Kitzbuhel. I also enjoyed the visit to the Swarovski museum. I wish we had more time in all the places we visited, but I look at this as a good reconnaissance for our next vacation back to Europe.

The bus journey was very comfortable, much more than our expectation
