Czech Republic Tours for Experienced Travelers

The tour was great. Need to add a couple of days just for some on your own time and not so rushed. Our tour guide was great. The Intercontinental was the best hotel. The first hotel was hard for the seniors to access the shower. The last hotel was the worst. Trying to hard to be cool and was not the right hotel for this age group. The showers were good though. Air seating was horrible. Had us at the back of the plane with short connection times when we had to get through customs. I don’t ever want to fly on Lufthansa ever again.

I will never travel to Europe again without a Collette tour. It was fantastic. I have always been the one to plan family and girlfriend trips and thought planning it on my own left more flexibility and saved money. I was wrong. With Collette, every detail was planned and perfect. It started with my luggage not making it to our destination. Within a few hours, my suitcase was delivered to my room. I loved not having to carry my luggage. Collette delivered it to the room after each stop and they picked it up outside our rooms early in the morning. Our tour guide, Petra was wonderful. She gave us an agenda the day before and we knew just what to expect. My group included four girlfriends and we went to the Christmas markets in December 2025. We went to five countries which was the perfect amount. In every city, we had an authentic dinner, went to a Christmas markets and had plenty of free time to explore. Each city had an expert tour guide from that city. Our hotels were all 3 & 4 stars with wonderful breakfast buffets and omlet stations. It was so much fun meeting other people from all around the United States. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this trip was.

Marius (tour manager) was incredible! Professional yet friendly, organized and patient. Bus travel was comfortable. Hotel in Prague was convenient but in a noisy area. Typical for European hotels, no climate control in the rooms, which we found a little too warm. Christmas Markets were delightful! Local guides were great, too! Will definitely book with Collette in future!

Collette did an amazing job planning and executing the details of this trip. I would highly recommend them and look forward to future trips with them. Our guide, Vili, was knowledgeable, engaging and an absolute pleasure. The countries were beautiful including the people and the architecture , I would highly recommend this.

Tour guide was Amazing. Very knowledgeable. He was on top of everything. If we had a question he was there to answer and know the answer. Best Memory was all of it! I would do it again. The only thing I would suggest is having water on the bus.

The tour was fabulous, the accommodations and excursions were excellent and our guide was knowledgeable and her love of and passion was evident in all she did. She was the best!
