Czech Republic Tours in October 2027

This trip was amazing; the tour guide and all the local specialists were fantastic and added to my enjoyment of each city. I liked how much ground this tour covered (Berlin, Warsaw, Krakow, Budapest, Vienna and Prague) but that does mean you are moving a lot - this is not a restful tour which I loved but others seemed to be taken by surprise by. I highly recommend this itinerary and Trafalger. They made this trip stress-free and so enjoyable.

Michal was the best tour guide! He has a deep knowledge of the culture, history, politics, and people of Czechia, and he made sure we were very well cared for every step of the way. Michal always shared the plan for each day but asked for our input, which made the tour feel very personalized. He chose wonderful restaurants and even helped us order items on the menu that were unfamiliar to us. He seemed as excited to see each site as we were, and he explained every special place with insight and enthusiasm. Michal made the whole trip a lot of fun and extremely memorable.

Pacing of the tour is just right. Hotels were curated well. However, sites visited and activities need much improvement. Maybe the Vienna tour would be nice to have visited places like Hallstatt or Salzburg instead of Bratislava. Local food offered during dinners would have been great if there was more variety. The three countries being under Austro Hungarian Empire for more than 600 years, the food were the same or similar. Furhtermore, our tour was pleasant and so enjoyable as we had a great Tour Director, Anne-Elyse. She's so attentive, caring, thoughtful, sensitive to our needs, kind, and considerate. We, with my family, would be very glad to have her again in our future tours with Insight vacations. Cheers!

The itinerary was good but I found it confusing at times because what was in the printed document was not actually the same as what occurred. For example, the first night in Berlin there were two options in the printed material but in fact there was only one. Not sure if the travel director knew of this but it was not very clear when we started the tour

Visiting 3 great cities on my bucket list! I liked that we were at each hotel for 3 days. Director Anne-Elyse was excellent also our drivers were great. We did all the optional excursions which added 2 more countries. The length of the tour was perfect.

Enjoyed an action packed week visiting 4 countries in a week. I booked the trip specifically because I had never been to Prague and was keen to revisit Budapest and Vienna after many years and see Slovakia. It was a lovely week, great group of people and our tour leader Borbora was exceptional.
