The "European Accent" tour is your gateway to the continent’s most dazzling highlights, spanning 15 days from Amsterdam to Paris. Ideal for seniors, families, and experienced explorers, this easy-paced city sightseeing trip takes in the lush Rhine, sun-kissed Tuscany, and the Mediterranean glamor of the French Riviera. You’ll cruise down mighty rivers, gaze at Venice’s canals, and stand before the papal wonders of Rome and Avignon—all while forging new friendships along the way. Comfortable accommodations, seamless transport, and expertly curated meals are all included. The standout feature? A perfectly balanced itinerary that blends Europe’s legendary cities with its breathtaking natural beauty, giving travelers an immersive taste of both culture and landscape.
Too much time spent on the bus but realise that is the only way to see so much in such a small time frame. Had to do some activities that you would have liked to have missed. Couldn't because we hadn't reached next hotel yet so it was the only option. Hotels were good but usually distance to the city we were in was far. Coach was comfortable but would have liked foot rests as short and feet didn't touch floor.
We had no problem with any of the accomodation or aspects of the tour
Very busy schedule. Some days are quite long. A bit more free time would be good. The optional excursions are very steep in price. Some are very worthwhile and some dont feel very much like "costsaver" excursions. Great seeing all the famous sites, but feel there is so much emphasis on having to buy something, or some sort of catch to most things on the trip, mainly to get more money out of you
Places, accommodations, explorations were well picked. Thectravel director has even guven usxa bonus by adding itinerary to the list. Also i was able to meet friends outside the group tour and thevtravel director is always willing to assist by providing information to ensure we are safe on our way home after the group tour
Itinerary was good. The guide should have known what motels had washing facilities. The guide told us there was none but there was two motels that we stayed in that had washing machines and dryers. As this was a common question the guide who has been doing this job for over thirty years should have known this.
The trip had a great itinerary. It is fast paced, but it is a great way to see a lot of cities and countries in a short amount of time. This tour had great flexibility between choosing to join the tour group on the ‘optional experiences’ or to do your own thing while in a city. Would recommend doing the ‘optional experiences’ as they were all amazing. They save you time trying to find places and organising things by yourself. Even with doing most of the ‘optional experiences, we still had some free time to explore cities on your own. By staying at the hotels that were on average about 30min away from the city centres, makes the whole trip more cost effective, but you need to put some effort in to get your own transport to and from the hotel if you want to experience a city at night time. The transfers with the coach back to the hotels were usually late afternoon or just after dinner. With that being said there are ample public transport options available close to the hotels and we did and saw so much during the day, that we were actually happy for the earlier nights at the hotel to recharge for the next day! There is quite a bit of walking involved, but it’s well balanced with rides on the coach, boat cruises and free time. If you are looking for a trip that is jam-packed and want to do and see as much as possible in the timeframe, then this is the trip to do.
Everything was very well organized, and we were taken to all the tourist attractions we could think of. There were even more stops included which we didn't expect which added to the already excellent experience. The only negative was that we rushed through Germany. Would've been nice to see more there, but it was also due to the public holiday at the time, so it was expected to be quiet.
It was a very exciting full on tour. We were busy the whole time seeing all the famous landmarks in such a short period of time. It was a very organised and structured very well
It’s busy and you need a level of fitness to walk up to 20,000 steps each day, be real if this is for you! It’s cost saver so be prepared that your hotels are 30 mins away by car from the action.
Covered a vast range of countries especially Italy and France. Suggestion to include a few more dinners to make the traveller's life easy.
Pay particular attention for individual food prrference as this was my only concern. I am a pure veg, not eating where meat is cooked and had to struggle alot for meals. Thanks to TD he tried to assist where possible.
Great Itinerary which covered every touristy thing we wanted to do and *Personal details removed by Feefo* tried his best to accomodate any "must sees" the group had in mind. Perfect coach which was kept clean (inside and out). We felt safe throughout the drive by *Personal details removed by Feefo* . Hotels were far from anything, and getting around just became an extra expense. The Hotel Il Burchiello Oriago really needs to be re-considered as an option. It was awfully small, outdated and just not a great experience, especially as the first stop into Italy. Wish the group dynamics could be better - maybe a "break the ice" drinks meet on the first night could have helped and made conversations more enjoyable.
