Well organised itinerary

Very nice people organising the tour but l would call it an itinerary rather than a tour as we were never with the same people for more than a day so no camaraderie/friendships built up. That said, everything ran smoothly and all the collections and excursions were timely and well organised. If you require assistance in planning your time away, this tour is for you. But if you are touring for social reasons, then maybe not. We enjoyed it, though.

Fantastic Trip to Vietnam

"Awesome time in Vietnam went with my 2 adult children and husbandLucy did a great job of creating a fun experience that was exactly what I was looking for . Only had one hiccup with communication but overall the places we stayed were amazing and fun Asia is a little gritty – it is a more challenging vacation than Europe for sure – so you will need help with transfers and getting around . English is not as expected and a lot of people do not speak it ( Europe English is a second language. Here it is not so) due to communist infrastructure People were super nice tho and Really loved Hanoi / Mekong delta / Hoi An It was very different than any other places you may have gone Highly recommend Lucy and This Tour operator"

Family vacation in Vietnam

Our trip to Vietnam was absolutely amazing!! David arranged the entire trip for our family of 6 adults and 3 kids and it was absolutely perfect! Our 10-day in Vietnam included visiting Ho chi Minh, Hoi An, Hanoi and Halong Bay. Every day was planned and executed perfectly! 10 day trip from Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi and everything in between

We are having the best time on our Vietnam trip! At first I was a bit worried about organizing a whole trip with a person in another country and only talking via email and WhatsApp but I can not fault the service that this tour operator has provided. Jenny has been fantastic the whole way through! From talking to us about what we wanted to do and see and what type of accommodation we liked and budget. She tailor made our trip into suit us and it has been faultless. All the tour guides have been very good at communicating pick up times and Jenny has been checking in with us the whole time making sure everything runs smoothly. I can’t thank Jenny enough for all her hard work to make our trip memorable!! Highly recommend!!
