This tour was amazing. Lots to see and do. But what really made this trip exceptional was the staff. The tour guide, Abder, was amazing. He constantly went above and beyond to meet our needs and make sure we were having a great time. He was kind, patient, and has a real passion for what he does. Also has a great sense of humor. I would also like to commend our driver, Abdul. He was kind and hospitable. Drove safely and has a great sense of humor too. Excellent trip by bus that even exceeded our expectation with a very well planned itinerary! This bus tour allowed us to visit 5 European countries and the wonderful locations and sightseeings there just in 10 days! We had enough time to admire the nature, the history, the culture and taste the local cuisine. We had a Fantastic experience with Europamundo on this trip. We loved our very friendly, helpful and informative guides Carmen Garcia and Marilia Ferreira. The audio tours in Italy were also well organized. It was a splendid introductory trip. The guides in each city were very good; the the cities themselves were fascinating. We chose our own restaurants which was easy. The museums were quite spectacular, and if you like art Botelo is a master of painting and sculpture. I must say I was confused about the preparatory organization, since it all seemed to be done on-line; and did not come together in a package for us until a few days before we arrived, but in the end the logistics were excellent. The cars and guides arrived on time at every stop, and the hotels were very good. So all in all, well done.
