From the moment we landed to the second we waved goodbye, our experience with this tour operator was nothing short of spectacular. it truly felt like we were in the hands of friends who knew Vietnam inside out, from local SIM card tricks to the best money exchange spots. The itinerary was well-balanced, giving us enough free time to explore on our own, One of the most memorable moments was the home-cooked meal in a local village, where we got to connect with the community on a personal level. Halong Bay is incredibly beautiful, Pu Luong has such fascinating natural scenery and culture, and Hanoi with its vibrant atmosphere and people is something I truly loved. The drivers and guides were friendly and fun to hang out with, and I have no complaints about the accommodations. I’m so happy that I chose this travel operator for this trip. I was always supported by the team, who paid attention to every detail and answered my questions quickly, even in the middle of the night. Hello, following our recent trip in Japan.
I would like to pass on the following feedback. Firstly, I would like to congratulate all of your staff for their professional, helpful, informative commentaries for our daily activities. Although there were relatively small groups of English speaking guests on the tour we were always included and I was most impressed with the overall set up. This was our first group/tour style holiday and I would definitely look at booking other trips in the future based on this experience.
The only negative was one guide whos comprehension of English was only just adequate, as when presented with any questions he was unable to give succinct answers, and often just glossed over explanations which fell short overall. Conversely another guide David Muñoz was absolutely brilliant, his English speaking and comprehension was excellent, he managed his section of the tour with ease, engaging all guests equally, the knowledge he was able to pass on far surpassed the other guides and for this reason I am writing this message with the hope he will be acknowledged for an outstanding job. He was detailed with sharing knowledge and made the whole group comfortable with one another. All meals and hotels were fantastic, until we travelled with Maria, I and many others in the group felt that the standard of meals provided with the exception of the Roykan and Monastery at Mount Koya were sub standard in comparison to that which wed been provided prior. Excellent experience overall, manager/supervisor should review restaurant locations offering for final part of trip, acknowledge outstanding staff performance and address staff whose comprehension of English was not of a great standard.
The variation of locations and sights was fabulous. Very well thought out itinerary, highly reccomend.

This adventure/ecological tour will take you to the most unique and beautiful landscapes around Hue City where you can enjoy a day trekking away from the crowds in beautiful Bach Ma National Park.
A mountainous area not far from the coast, Bach Ma not only has atmospheric jungle and interesting flora & fauna but also spectacular views over the beautiful coastal beaches and lagoons. It is a hill-station founded by the French during the colonial period in the early 1930’s and it is not on the popular tourist route so you are likely to enjoy this natural wonder away from the crowds.
Our local guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hue City and bring you to Bach Ma National Park, the mountainous area located about 45km from the city centre and 1.45m above sea level. Upon arrival, you will visit Bach Ma's information centre to learn about the ecological system of the Park.
Trek along the trails through the forest to Do Quyen, the Rhododendron waterfalls at a height of 300 meters. Continue to Ngu Ho (Five Lakes), where you can relax and enjoy a swim in the jungle. A picnic lunch will be served.
Later, head to the summit for the beautiful views. At the end of the tour, you will be driven back to your hotel.
