Your journey begins in Paris where you will have a few days to explore major attractions such as the Eiffel Tower. A ferry ride on the English Channel will take you to London to explore the city and its attractions such as the London Eye, Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. Moving forward, get the opportunity to spend quality time in the capital of Holland. Amsterdam is also known as the Garden of Europe, Keukenhof, one of the most famous tulip and flower gardens in Europe. You can also experience a panoramic city tour to see its narrow canals and beautiful parks. Continue your tour with a guided visit to Germany’s incredible capital, Berlin. Following this, you will enjoy the multicultural and diverse cuisines and delicacies in Prague by paying a visit to its numerous lively restaurants. This tour was more fast paced than I anticipated. The free time to explore, with someone else doing all the planning and logistics made it so you could turn your brain off, enjoy the sights, the people, the food and beer. There's been more than once I was hung over and only existing, yet still able to travel from point a to be b, see some cool stuff and places. One thing I didn't expect to enjoy so much was the group dynamics. It's like instantly making a bunch of life long friends that come from different places, have different experiences, seeing new things. Honestly the peoplein the group was as good as the trip itself. Would do something like this again.

About This Trip
On this journey, you will discover some of the most famous destinations in Spain, Switzerland, Italy, and Austria. Start your journey in Barcelona, where you will go on a guided tour to the Monastery of Poblet, located in northeastern Spain, one of the best-preserved medieval monasteries in the world. In Barcelona, tour the city and discover the iconic Ras Ramblas Street. Your tour continues with driving in the region of Provence to arrive in the charming town of Chamberry. Continue to Switzerland and enjoy beautiful lakes and mountains with snow-capped peaks on your way to Zurich. Your journey continues in Rome, the ancient Capital of Italy, and get to know about its history on a panoramic tour and in the Trastevere area. You will also visit St. Peter’s Basilica in the heart of Vatican City and the impressive Roman Coliseum. Moving to Venice, you will take the boat, cross the Grand Canal to the Island of Venice, and visit the marvelous St. Mark´s Square and the Murano Glass Factory. Then travel along a scenic road between the mountains on your way to Kitzbuhel in Austria and take a cable car ride up to the high mountains surrounding the city with fantastic scenery. They did a wonderful job of organizing and supporting our bicycle adventure from Vienna to Budapest. The hotels were wonderful and the breakfast's amazing. Having not only GPS directions, but accompanying written directions and maps made our tour a breeze. Communication before and during the trip was excellent.

Guides were inconsistent.... Some were very good and took personal interest... Some also knew their history well.. A special mention of Julio Magyar.. He did an excellent job of giving us a backdrop... Mariano too... Hotels were not always upto standard especially innsbruck Allen the breakfast of which was very basic.. Too long bus rides.. Should have kept trains for the longer trips.. My legs were swollen... Guides shd be with us much more... Some disappeared..
This was our first cycling holiday and didn’t really know what to expect but we loved it. We felt that it challenged us but was doable and it was great to arrive each night to somewhere new - the hotels were great and we really enjoyed the varying and contrasting experiences of cycling along the Danube making it really difficult to pick out a favourite day or part. The bikes (push) were in good condition and luggage transfer was excellent. There were designated cycling paths virtually the whole way and it was exciting being able to cycle into Vienna. Overall a brilliant holiday which we extended with a night in Munich (booked independently) before hand and an extra night in Vienna at the end (booked through UTracks).
