China: fantastic trip, saw the sites, are good food, learned, Howard was top notch, pace and transport was perfect and all well-timed
Japan: Hidemi was great but there was too much trudging in the rail / metro system. Koyasan and Hakone were not worth it in my opinion for the amount of work it took to get there.

Our wonderfully quirky and insightful guide Ray gave us a gastronomical tour of Japanese cuisine and culture. I would highly recommend this tour but make sure you are very hungry (lots of eating!) and prepared to have fun. How’s your karaoke skill?

Collette helped us experience things we would never do Iif we had been on our own.
Our guide, Kelly, had a huge job because it was a big group, a long trip, a huge city and he was our only guide.
We have been on trips where there were different guides for different areas.
I especially enjoyed the hands-on events… the lacquer boxes, sushi/origami lessons, t stenciling.
I also thoroughly enjoyed the time we had with the geisha.
Our hotels were over the top.
The food and presentation of it was amazing.
I have already told everybody I know about it.
Great job!!!
Had an amazing time in Japan! The only thing we can say which really wasn’t a challenge as such, was that on our last morning we were being picked up for the airport before the hotel’s breakfast time and we had already paid for that meal. So we had to purchase breakfast elsewhere. Onsens are always a great experience. All three trips that we have booked with you previously have all been a great experience
