I usually don’t post reviews, but I wanted to thank the staff for helping to make our 2 week Argentinian adventure as flawless as possible. First Melina helped plan our itinerary, which was quite challenging since it included 4 flights and 5 hotels! The activities she suggested, from ice trekking to Tango shows were all fun and unique. The transportation to and from activities and hotels was stellar and such a time saver. We chose mid range hotels and each was clean and so fitting for the location we were at. Milagros took over once our itinerary was set and what a bonus that was! What stood out most was how graciously she accommodated all the issues we had once we began our trip - and there were a lot. From lost luggage to last minute flight and hotel changes, Milagros handled everything graciously and without an upcharge to do so. The farewell bottle of wine was such an unexpected surprise. A smooth experience from start to finish, with wonderful friendships made along the way. We were able to cover a lot of territory without having to worry about how to get to each our destinations. The accommodations and transportation exceeded our expectations. Our friendly, experienced guides were great at providing interesting insights and background on what we were seeing and were very helpful with any translation/communication challenges.
Well prepared Salkantay trek 5d/5n zone with Saul G as a guide and Gregorio as a chef and Cesar and Walter as porters. Good food all the way and amazing places to sleep such as the hobbit houses and the star gazing houses the very first night. Bonus was the lomo saltado cooking class and the visit of a coffee farm.
"We did the 2D/1N trip to Machu Picchu. Our tour guides David and Ciprian are truly great people and made sure everyone was taken care of. Ciprian was carrying someone’s backpack to help them out, for the entire 8 mile hike. I got a stomach flu during the second morning and had to miss part of the 2nd day but David gave me a personal tour of Machu Picchu when I started feeling better. That’s when I found out how truly knowledgeable David was because I asked so many questions and David gave detailed and extremely educated responses. Because of this, I have a much deeper understanding and appreciation of the Incas and their culture. David didn’t have to give me a make up tour of Machu Picchu, but he did so out of kindness and care.
Besides the gorgeous views all around and our exceptional tour guides, the next highlight for me was the lunch. We had lunch around 1pm and we were all surprised at how they managed to cook such amazing food without a kitchen. It was better food than some restaurants we had in Cuzco. There was avocado dip and fried wanton, chicken + mango ceviche, lomo saltado, potatoes, battered trout, apple water, various vegetables, and apple pie. The food was truly *chefs kiss* and maybe the best food we’ve had on a hike ever.

As our guide would say "The point is this, my friends"... and the day begins. This was one of the best experience I have had. Our guide - Gary - made sure we were on schedule on the trek. He explained to us all the pros and cons and how to get the most out of the Inca Trail. The porters were great. The chef - Julio - made the best camp meals for vegetarians.
The scenery is breathtaking. Yes it may seem long and a lot of walking but its worth it. The team made the whole journey worthwhile - from booking to the end. Rosmel - our booking contact kept us informed all the time.
Don't hesitate, just do it. Great guide, chef and company.

Recently completed hikes in Peru including the Classic 4day Inca Trail, Sacred Valley, Vinicunca and Lake Humantay.
All hikes were spectacular, our guides, cook and porters very professional and looked after us very well. We were very spoilt with great food and companionship. Thanks to Nep and his team, they truely made us feel part of their family.
