I can't recommend this tour enough. Well organized, amazing experience. Hiking was beautiful and the porters and staff were so hard working, they carried everything, set-up camp for us every day/night and allowed guests to immerse in the magic of the Incan culture and natural beauty unencumbered. Also - the food, which was cooked fresh every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious, healthy and made with care.

Nearly all of the guides were wonderful. I don’t remember the name of the guide who took us to El Chaltén but we appreciated that he took us seriously as trekkers and suggested a slightly longer trek with beautiful views. We thoroughly enjoyed that trek! And we also were very happy with our guide in Tiera del Fuego. She was very lively, knowledgeable and provided us with a couple of wonderful hike and a delicious lunch. We loved all she knew about the birds, trees and geology on the area."

I would definitely recommend taking the Jungle boat ride. If you don't like getting wet, then forget about it, because you will get trenched! They give each person a bag to keep your personal items dry, such as your cell phone & other valuables. In this regard, the bag is even big enough for some clothing, so you could wear a bathing suit & place the rest of your clothing inside the bag or bring a change of clothes. You could always wear a very lightweight rain coat, but you'll probably still get wet, just not as trenched. Personally, I found getting soaked was quite refreshing & even enhanced the experience. When i arrives to Iguazu the tour was fully booked, but thanks to Say Hueque they found a place for me before I left Iguazu. They have a great service, I highly recommend traveling with them.

We planned our epic trip to South America with Analia. She was excellent at listening, advising, tailoring, meeting expectations for our requirements to make this trip an amazing experience. Joaquina then took over to support and guide us through the finer details of the trip, and whilst we were on our holiday. We had access to a WhatsApp support for any queries along the way, a 24 hour emergency WhatsApp number also. The tours and guides were of all very good, with some guides standing out as excellent. We did find it a little annoying when on larger tours with multi lingual guides as we seemed to be in the minority. It felt like we weren't gaining from the same level of information as that delivered to the Spanish speaking! However, overall, the service was seamless, caring, friendly and professional.
