From the first to the last second, the expedition was not only carried out very professionally, but also with a great deal of passion and a remarkable mixture of excellent planning and flexibility depending on the environmental conditions. You could tell from the entire team and crew — each highly competent in their respective fields — how committed they are to their job, but also to Antarctica as a unique and most beautiful corner of the planet. Safety and environmental protection were taken seriously, at the same time there was always a lot of fun and a lot to learn (and a lot to eat & drink) on board. All in all, a breathtaking experience.

Milagros and Marcela helped me plan a fantastic 10-day Essential Of Patagonia trip (mostly Argentina and 1 leg in Chile) and made the trip very smooth and easy to customize based on my preferences. For first-timers to the region, i would highly-recommend utilizing them as they are very knowledgeable and responsive. The Laguna de los Tres, Perito Moreno glacier, and the Torres del Paine Mirador hikes were sublime and unforgettable!! I would opt for "hard" hikes if possible to see the most, and try it out at least, and if not you can always tell your guide that it is too difficult and they will modify the path during the trek.

Excellent. Enjoyed the diverse country, accommodation, sites visited especially Titicaca and of course Machu Picchu. Zema is quietly confident and very competent. Handles diverse characters really well. Lunches included were at outstanding restaurants. Tolerable delays waiting for rides and minor inconveniences dragging luggage through narrow streets etc.

I had the team organize a two week exploration of Patagonia. Everything went surprisingly smooth. Rides were waiting at airports, flights booked logically, lodging selections were a mix between quaint and luxury, but all were wonderful. I booked this trip for my daughter and me. She wanted action and adventure, every day, and this trip delivered. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotels. Much nicer than I expected, given the low cost of this to her. Most of the transportation was fairly high-quality as well. The bus too, and from the rafting was nothing fancy, but certainly nothing to worry about.
Be prepared to spend a little more time than you might expect in transit. That's a function of Costa Rican infrastructure. Lots of one lane roads means travel between cities can be really slow. But the scenery is gorgeous. If you just consider it part of the adventure, and enjoy it, it's not a problem.
I highly recommend this trip. It had everything we wanted.
