During the trip, as questions or requests arose, Antonella and the customer service team responded quickly and made adaptations that really helped our family enjoy this trip. I usually don’t post reviews, but I wanted to thank the staff for helping to make our 2 week Argentinian adventure as flawless as possible. First Melina helped plan our itinerary, which was quite challenging since it included 4 flights and 5 hotels! The activities she suggested, from ice trekking to Tango shows were all fun and unique. The transportation to and from activities and hotels was stellar and such a time saver. We chose mid range hotels and each was clean and so fitting for the location we were at. Milagros took over once our itinerary was set and what a bonus that was! What stood out most was how graciously she accommodated all the issues we had once we began our trip - and there were a lot. From lost luggage to last minute flight and hotel changes, Milagros handled everything graciously and without an upcharge to do so. The farewell bottle of wine was such an unexpected surprise. Muchas Gracias, team!

My Patagonia trip was a lifetime experience, made even better by traveling with a great group. Together, we explored beautiful trails, shared meals, and encouraged each other through windy hikes and long days. Being with the group made every moment more fun from spotting wildlife to reaching incredible viewpoints with mountains, glaciers, and bright-blue lakes all around us. We laughed a lot, learned from our guide, and enjoyed the peaceful feeling of being surrounded by nature. The scenery was stunning, the company was wonderful, and the trip left me with memories I’ll never forget.

We hiked the O-trail, and this travel specialist was nothing short of spectacular from start to finish. They send a super clear itinerary and prep document, and the level of responsiveness from the team leading up the hike was genuinely second to none. Everything (transfers, accommodation, food) is taken care of for you, so you can really just focus on the experience. The guide we were provided with (Chacho!) was the single best guide we've had in a year of traveling in which we used many different guides for different activities. He was informative, motivating, and an absolute pleasure to spend time with. Cannot recommend highly enough!

My family booked a customized 8-night trip to Torres del Paine, Perito Moreno and Iguazu and we were happy with how the trip went. Throughout the planning process Lucia and Julieta answered all of our questions and gave us different options that suited our needs. We enjoyed the hotels which were all in excellent central locations (which was what we requested). The professional local operators were both punctual and knowledgeable.
Perhaps the highest compliment is that nothing went wrong during our trip and I doubt that is just by luck :-)

This was a terrific group tour. Wonderful itinerary, with hikes that could be modified for various levels. Lots of very interesting sights. Included hotels were very good. Our guide, Pili, made sure everyone was well taken care of, from the sprinters to the turtles and that all were having a good time. Her depth of knowledge in so many areas was truly impressive (including geography, culture, history, ecology, flora and fauna). Her passion was infectious! The group included single travelers as well as couples, and people came from several different countries.
