Great trip. The guide was great, the driver did a great job and the people themselves were friendly and accommodating. The first picture below is with the guide Chantzee after we walked up "the steepest street in the world" in Dunedin, Baldwin street, the second is of Milford Sound.

We had a wonderful time on tour with Santo our tour director and Pete our driver who both took extra care of my elderly parents who had mobility issues
The places we went to were amazing and the meals provided excellent. The accommodation is what one expects in New Zealand but every care was taken to make sure we had everything we needed
We were sad when our South Island tour ended

Everything was perfect but what made it the best trip ever was the best tour guide Anna and the equally good coach driver Terry.
Once when I had technically left the tour in Melbourne Terry went looking for me to make sure I was alright. Unbelievably kind and caring.

Fantastc driver/guides and tour director Nellie was brilliant. Amazing places covered on tour. 100% recommended. Only confusion was the luggage allowance, which was happily more than stated. 😀
The highlights of the Northern Spotlight was the Haigi dinner in Rotorua and Hobbiton optional excursion. We had an exceptional guide who explained NZ north Island well.
The whole hot air balloon experience was great because the weather, the crew and the fantastic service were perfect. Our pilot (Andy) was very friendly and an amazing leader to show us the most attractive places in Melbourne from the sky. We took great pictures of the Rod Laver Arena, MCG stadium, F1 track, and the beautiful city of Melbourne.
The experience didn't stop there as we're taken to have a delicious buffet breakfast with a wonderful view at the Sofitel Hotel.
We highly recommend "Picture This Ballooning" for this experience because they arranged our early pickup, took care of us during the trip and finally dropped us off at our next destination.
